Not bad. Awesome service, good food. Ribs didn't have much meat and chicken was a little bland, but just add some sauce and it's very good. The potato salad is probably the best I've ever had and the macaroni salad was just as good. Beans were OK and the spicy BBQ sauce had a very nice kick to it. Oh, don't forget dessert! You won't regret it.
As far as the staff and atmosphere, the guys and lady working there were super chill and very welcoming. I almost felt like family right away. I would definitely go back again if I'm ever in town.
OMG!!! The BEST beef ribs that I have ever had!!! Excellent tri-tip, Amazing pork ribs, and the baked beans taste the way I remember my Aunt would make them. The BBQ sauce is just the right spiciness for a mild sauce. I found a new BBQ joint I can go to on my way home from work.
First time here, we arrived around noon on Sun to meet up with friends for lunch, parking spots were half taken and very very tight so we ended up parking in the residential area around the corner.
Timing was just perfect, we were able to place our food before the lunch rush. There weren't a lot of seating inside the air conditioned area but we managed to get two tables as another group was leaving. We got the tri tip sandwich and tri trip + chicken + link bowl. The sauce was good, the spicy level was a tad too spicy for me, manageable when eaten with rice and beans.
Overall a decent BBQ joint, just wished portions were larger for the price paid
This place is always good, food is always flavorful, sauce is great, the fact they have mild and hot should warn you not to eat the hot unless you like spicy. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They treat everyone the same regardless of them being regulars or newcomers. Highly recommend and you won't be disappointed.
Most definitely the best BBQ hands down.. highly recommended
This is the proverbial hole in the wall barbecue place that has amazingly good meats in a very small eating footprint. Prices are really good, five different types of meat for just over $20, great to split for two. The side dishes such as macaroni salad is amazingly good, the spicy sausages are fantastic, pork ribs great. Really nice people, parking is a little tight, but most people do take out so the cars move quickly. As the name says, best bbq around.
I gave this place 5 stars because EVERYTHING I had was REALLY GOOD. Here's my reasoning. Some restaurants may have a few items that are great, a few that are pretty good and a few that you will never order again. I had the tri-tip and it was sliced thin, exactly how I like it. I asked for hot sauce and the young man at the counter asked, "Have you eaten here before?" He suggested a 50/50 combination of their regular and hot sauces and it was perfect for me. There are dozens, probably hundreds, of recipes for baked beans. The same is true for potato salad. After trying these items at some places, I've asked myself, "What were they thinking...?" When I tried Best's beans I thought, "Oh, yeah, they got these right!" The potato salad was equally good, it reminded me of my mom's. Judging from others' reviews, it's hard to go wrong, no matter what you order. I would have to agree. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
I enjoyed their tri-tip sandwich with hot links and also their potato salad. This was recommended by a friend and it definitely was good. If you like bbq you should also give It’s in the Sauce in Oxnard.
It is such a great place to bring your kids and families or yourself. There is a lot to see and get close to many different aircraft from airplanes, helicopters, hot air balloons, and many many more. It happens every first weekend or Sunday of the mo

Always a solid sushi choice when in Santa Paula. Lunch special (open till 2:30) bento boxes are delicious, hot and inexpensive. Happy hour (2:30-5?) has great deals. Restaurant itâs self is clean and has a dark setting for a relaxing meal.
