The rooms are fixer uppers but the family that runs the place keeps the prices fair. An they are willing to let you look at the rooms before you commit to them. But sheets was fresh along with bath supplies. Ain't no holiday inn but it is affordable.

I feel very comfortable here no worries about safety n easy access to get food.
During my stay was very smooth and me and my boyfriend loved our stay their that we will definitely return all the time.

The room was decently priced and in a great location. The manager was very kind and professional and went out of his way for me. I will be back for sure.
We absolutely love taking mini weekend getaways here. Fair prices, friendly owner, great area. The king size suites are truly worth it. Comfy beds, satellite TV, free WiFi, huge, clean bathroom with tub/shower. This family ran business is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the area or just taking a break from crazy hectic weeks. My husband and I stay each weekend. We used to go to different local hotels/motels each weekend but have only stayed at The Berlin since discovering it a couple months ago. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Plenty of stores, restaurants etc within 5 minutes or less. If you're ever in the area be sure to check out all the things the area has to offer.
Overall 4 in my opinion because I've been doing this for a while now and I have been constantly gaining excellent services upon original requests and management makes sure if I can stay comfortable!
