Berkshire Yankee Suites - Hotel in Pittsfield - 20 W Housatonic St, USA

This is a perfect getaway set up and I'm planning to return again. Pittsfield is s small place but so not a destination for anything. This little place is a bit if unexpected elegance in the midst of modest surroundings. The one bedroom suite is a one bedroom apartment. We purposefully got dinner to go one night since this felt so comfortable, I preferred eating in our little home away from home.At first, I felt badly about bringing my darling with me on business trip but he relaxed completely and rejuvenated. The king size bed was really comfortable and the space quiet. Definitely returning! Thank you

I have been staying here several times per year for the last 4 years, and for good reason! I always have a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and quiet and stocked with everything you need. The lawn is wonderful and gives a spacious feel. Dawn and Carmen are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you want or need. I started coming here after staying at the Yankee Inn down the road mainly because I can bring my dog. That is a great amenity for me and keeps me choosing Yankee Suites year after year.

We stayed here for a month few years ago after a devastating house fire. This place was large enough for 3 adults comfortably. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. They might have known why we were there but they always seemed to leave a few extra goodies to make it feel more like a home. My only negative would be the decor. It was very outdated. However, before we left a few rooms were being renovated. I'd stay again barring no other life disasters.

We were pleasantly surprised with how roomy our suite was. 2 TVs, private bedroom, full size appliances, pet friendly, laundry in building. It's kept immaculately. Not modern but a really good value. They are very friendly and try to meet your every request.

Wonderful place to stay. Hospitality, service, clean, location, staff, all was great. Better yet, AWESOME !

We were traveling with my 92 yr old mother, husband, myself and our dog to a Memorial service in the area. We needed 2 rooms and it was Columbus Day weekend and it was the last minute! My husband booked this hotel and we were unsure what to expect. It was great! The rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable. Ordered pizza and had super fast delivery. The next morning Otto’s restaurant was recommended for breakfast and it was charming and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and the very convenient location to anyone traveling in the area for a short stay or longer.

I've been in 3 hotel rooms here so far (2 were mine, 5 years apart, and 1 was a friend's), and all three of them were 1 bedroom apartments. The first time I stayed here was for 6 months, and I enjoyed it so much, 5 years later when I moved back to the area and needed a place to stay for 2 weeks while awaiting delivery of my household goods, I stayed here again. Both times I stayed my 2 cats were with me. Having a separate bedroom was a great perk, as my cats like to wake me up at night. While small, the apartment had plenty of space for 2 cats to run around in. The place may be dated, but the furniture is comfortable and clean, and the staff is always helpful. When moving out, they allowed me to keep my room until 4pm, so I could unpack at my new place without the cats underfoot. The gesture was extremely helpful and I am completely grateful for their kindness and understanding. Yankee Suites is the perfect home away from home, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice rooms, have everything you need for a stay. Kind of dated decor but very functional. Has laundry on site which is great, the maid is very nice. My only complaint is the beds, they are so uncomfortable, you can feel all the springs and it makes for a sore night of sleeping.
