This is a review for the eating-in experience, I didn't fully realize this place specializes in take-home meats and soups until after I came in. Got a bit of most things, I thought the flavor on the smoked wings, pork shanks, and chicken balls were amazing, the rest were pretty good too. Happy with the service and atmosphere too.

When we visit Shreveport we always stop by bergerons and get us boudin balls and they had a wrap which tasted like a Cajun egg roll with boudin in it. It never disappoints, just wish they them in Dallas.

I absolutely love this store! I dare u to go here hungry! Ur gonna buy the store out! There are so many cooked meats and snacks. The meat pies are like no other! Full of flavorful meat! The smoked wings are excellent! The boudin balls and cracklins will have u craving them weekly! The staff is pretty awesome, too!

The boudin balls and meat pies where great and the service was awesome! The bacon wrapped chicken things where amazing! Went back and got more boudin balls for later before I left! 😆

Everything I have purchased from here has been amazing. From spinach and artichoke bacon wrapped boneless thighs, to stuffed bacon wrapped ribeye. The sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, and white chocolate bread pudding... all amazing. And much more.. to much to name. Definitely worth the price !! The food ready to eat out of the hot box is great as well.

I love going here and picking up a quick lunch. Today, i came and got pork shanks, pepper jack boudin ,and mini chicken bites.it all was great. The pepper jack boudin balls will change your life!

My Wife and I stopped by their ESTABLISHMENT today for the first time, and wow, am I ever glad we did. We have passed by this place many times and always wanted to stop, but with PROCASTINATING of maybe next time, it would always be maybe next time. Well, we finally did stop by, and we're glad we did. We bought some of their seafood gumbo, shrimp etouffee, shrimp stuffed baked potato 🥔, and a tin of their white chocolate bread 🍞 pudding 🍮. We tried the seafood gumbo and bread pudding this evening at home and was it ever fantastically delicious, the best I've had in a long, long time. Only thing I forgot to go with the bread pudding was their sauce that goes with the pudding, but it was fantastic without the sauce. I bet with the sauce it will be almost sinful, and I guarantee you, I plan on finding out. I'm looking forward to trying their shrimp etouffee, and if it is at least half as good as the seafood gumbo, it will be fantastic, too. Totally recommend Bergeron's Boudin & Cajun. Nice, friendly service and prices are very reasonable for the fantastic food you get and the quantity of it.

3 stars because NO CRACKLINS And, they won't have any until Tuesday. It's Sunday, Nov. 26th. Prior visits saved this star review. They can be pricey. They are not close nor convenient for me. I drive a good ways to shop and patronize. Service is always friendly. Nov. 26th NO CRACKLINs. I thought they were made in house and I'm told it won't be available until Tuesday. Gas is cheaper but not free to come all the way over and not have a drive thru just to be disappointed.
