The two technicians from Benton did an excellent job installing our new fiber optic internet in Cedar County, Missouri. They were hired by Conexon Connect and were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Job well done, boys.

One of their techs came to our home to install our internet. It went out in less than 12 hours. We called the provider to get it fixed and they sent the same tech from Benton because he had not done his job right. Two days later, the day before Thanksgiving, this boy is calling and texting my husband making threats pointing out that he knows where we live. He was claiming we got him fired but we have found out that was a lie. He has since been fired. However he did not stop. We have been forced to contact law enforcement. He has continued to escalate as far as breaking into our internet provider's network to send us an email because we had blocked him from our phones. I would never hire this company nor subcontract this company for ANY job. No one wants those kind of legal liabilities.

These guys came and installed our Fiber Optic internet services today in Prague!!! Super group of guys! Tried to find a phone number so I could call and brag on them!!! Great customer service and super nice guys!!!!

Whomever drives the limited white ford parks like a jack*ss. Parked so close to my car that i couldnt get my child into his carseat. I intentionally park far from the line so i can open his door to get him in, not so you can park closer to me. However I hope you a great day, and hope you learn to park better.

Guy came out to put in my fiber internet it went out next morning I called internet company had them back out to fix now the kid has been harressing me and my wife making threats refusing to stop i worked with internet company for a week about this he would not stop still had to call sheriff's office and make report to press charges i would not let this company on your property they messed up no reason to try to make customers life hell
