I hate to chime in with others on the concerns about value with Bento, but I was a little offended at the serving size for "extra zucchini". I paid a dollar extra for more veg and got, not kidding, one spoonful of zucchini. I gathered it all into one plastic spoon. Maybe a heaping tablespoon. I was disappointed with that.

I ordered 1 miso and 1 clear soup to go. These fools gave me an inch, 2 sips, or 1 1/2 tablespoons of soup😅🙄. I drove around the corner to Arashi Yama sushi for the same order pictured on the left and received pipping hot and bountiful containers of soup. You all should be ashamed of yourselfs I knew the tiny bag felt light🙄

Honestly bento is pretty good but way overpriced for the amount of food that you get I do really like the pad Thai though and also the Korean bowl

I eat here pretty often and sometimes get food delivered. There have been a couple times where the the chicken katsu was over cooked but generally I like the food. The portion sizes can really change on some days, one time they barely gave me meat and for the price they charge I would’ve liked to receive a larger portion. Their bubble tea is too sugary I can barely taste the fruit flavor.

Bento's is the best place for anyone who loves GOOD food. If you're an African missing the taste of home, do try the Korean sauce with white or brown rice. When trying the teas, go for green tea but skip the boba and replace it with jellies. Yummy!!!

Unfortunately, this might be my last time going to this location. Love Bento, but the Mid Town location has gone down the toilet bowl. Ordered over the phone about a week ago, picked up, drove home and realized I should have double checked my bag. They forgot to put in my edamame. Called the store and spoke to the manager who said it would be credited next time we came in. Well...we called last night to try and set things right...and get my edamame. Called once, someone answered....and then hung up on me. Second time, nobody answered the phone. Third time, a woman answered and flat out told me "Hello this is *insert name* I'm gonna have to put you on hold, I'm going to be honest, it might be a few minutes". I'm on hold for almost 9 minutes. I just wanted to call an order for pickup and get my promised edamame. Mind you, a small bowl of edamame is $6! We gave up after being on hold for 9 minutes and drove to Taste. Taste was amazing!

Overcooked eggrolls: black on the edges is burned, no? Have ordered General Tso many times from Bento- I don't know what this bitter garlic sauce is on rec'd bowl- overcooked, yet cold, rice with tiny to 4" chunks of veg/chicken. No string beans. Is it actualy General Tso? The other bowl had the same issues- veg/meat cut not uniform- so small pieces overcooked and large bits barely cooked, rice cold. Hardly any sauce. D I S A P P O I N T I N G Come on, Bento- where is the awesome food? What happened?

My biggest complaint is they don't take cash... What is this world coming to! The food was mediocre, you don't get a lot of it and pretty overpriced for the quality and amount. The staff was friendly, but too busy playing on their phone to know that someone wants to place an order... Again, what does this world coming to?!
