Bent Run waterfall is a beautiful area, right near the Kinzua dam. The sights are quite beautiful, but it's tricky to figure out exactly where the trail is at times due to infrequent markings. I tried my best to stay close to the water and then turned around after a while. The parking was a little small, but the trail wasn't very busy when I arrived or left. With the elevation incline and amount of rocks on the trail, I suggest a good pair of hiking boots/proper footwear for the trip. If you are in the Alleghany National Forest area, you may want to give Bent Run Waterfall a look!
Recommend year round, can be muddy in the winter and spring, it's a steep hill so make sure to bring a drink!
walk/climb up the fall, it's beautiful the whole way up. so happy we made the quick stop on our way home. its the cutest series of little cascades
I definitely recommend visiting Bent Run waterfall area. The forest is beautiful, with lots of rocks and things to climb. And the waterfall is peaceful. A sight to see for sure!
There was much more offered at this fall than I expected! It's almost as it's the fall never ended. Parking is a little light, but not too bad.
Be mindful when navigating the falls, it's a bit slippery on some spots!
There are no public restrooms or trash cans at the falls parking lot, but there are just down the road in the Kinzua Dam parking lot.
I recommend wearing decent boots when visiting this area, the ground is a bit tricky to navigate. Good footing is very important. Be careful out there and enjoy!
Definitely wasn’t the waterfall I was expecting. While still a waterfall, it is a series of very small waterfalls. Terrain is steep and slippery when wet. Takes you about 2 minutes to view the waterfall from the trailhead.
This is a gorgeous waterfall trail right next to Kinzua Damn. It's quite steep and slippery in places so good shoes and thoughtful foot placement are a must.
Side of the road gem. Can appreciate its beauty close to the parking lot or spend some time getting close to the falls or hiking up the hill close by. Energetic flow on our visit.
Wonderful coffee and pastry shop with daily specials. We did the high tea for two and absolutely recommend it! Tea, scones, and sandwiches with petit four's and terrific service. Special place reserved with flowers. Went for my spouse's birthday and

Stopped is on my lunch break to order lunch. Food was prepared very quickly! Staff was amazing and so welcoming! Food was delicious and fries were still crispy when I got back to work to eat it. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, great service, wish they would have Cher and Jim Battista back, at least twice a month. Love this place. Very friendly people go there. ð¤
