We where staying here for the week. Check in was great and stay was mostly enjoyable. Last night (Sunday night) get back to the room warm up some food and the power goes out in half of my room. The side that the refrigerator is on and we have food to go back to TN with us in it. No emergency number to call and no one here to help us until 8 am. They owe me money for the issues that have happened. I will not stay here again
Stayed here after a minor emergency left us stranded in Buffalo. It was a holiday weekend, and there were no rooms available anywhere near the airport. Spotted this motel on our way back home and decided to try it rather than drive two more hours, then drive back in the morning. It was cheap and mostly clean. I didn't see any sign of bugs. The beds are old, the linens are flimsy. There was a fresh looking coat of paint on the walls, but the duct tape sealing the air conditioner ruined the idea of "kept up." No plug in the sink and the shower handle was a mystery as it turned around and around never quite finding hot water. The only toiletry provided was soap. Since we were stranded, shampoo would have been a nice touch. The room had a microwave, which we didn't use and a mini fridge which we did. Fridge was spotless. There was no odor in the room, and the air conditioner worked like a charm. The TV was old, but worked fine. Over all, our stay was tolerable. The price was crazy low, less than $60 all in on a holiday weekend. With some fixing up, this place would be quaint. Shampoo and emergency toiletries would also have improved my impression.
We had a room reserved for 2 days. Drove all the way from Iowa. We pulled into the parking lot and my husband got out of the car. And the lady at the front desk came out YELLING at us that he hit her car. And he said no I didn’t there is no more mam. And she just kept yelling that we hit her car. So we canceled our reservation and went across the street to the Chaffee Lodge the front desk man there was SO nice and Friendly!!! Good rooms! Go there instead
while the rooms are clean all the furniture and appurtenances are old and worn out. The have direct TV but very limited viewing. While there is no smoking in the corridors/halls once the staff is off the premises people smoke in the the halls and the place stinks. There is no staff in the building after 10 pm. and often the staff leaves as early as 8 pm if business is slow.
Family friendly but mainly for Travelers, and commuters. Monthly rates available but mostly accommodating to singles and couples. Vending machine, drinks, microwaves, fridge, tv, satellite, showers, double beds, attendant till closing. Smoking from back/porch doors. Some smoking rooms. Outdated but in process of renovation and ownership. Has "original" atmosphere. Parking on site and wake up calls available. Expensive for what's included. Checkout @ 11am, or charges $20 per hour every hour after.
We stayed here for a family reunion. Very clean. Convenient parking immediately outside the room. Staff very friendly. We couldn't access the wifi and cell internet is very slow. Nice wood beams in ceiling. Shower is hot. Would definately stay again.
We stayed here for two nights Oct 9 & 10. The hotel was pet friendly so we brought our two dogs. Our room #28 had fleas. My dogs both have flea protection and did not have any fleas when we lived home and they got some on them the first night we were there within the few hours in the room. We requested a different room and she gave us one but they already had the fleas on them. I couldn't wait to get home so they could get flea bath and groomed. Since their flea bath I haven't seen any on my dogs. Thanks god. I won't stay here again and would recommend you stay elsewhere.
The Motel is outdated and dingy. The fridge did not work from the start and the lady said we must had done something to break it. The ceiling had visible smoke stains. In addition, the light bulb exploded with no contact and there was a trash can under the sink to catch a leak. This is a small list of what we found in that disaster they called a room. Do NOT stay here.
