The food was great! I got the best of everything. Personally, I don't like a lot of cheese and felt that feta AND parmesean was a bit much for an Asian chicken salad flavor, but again that's my preference. The chowder was delicious, the clams weren't chewy and the cream wasn't overpowering. I LOVE the crab melt. Overall the best of all was a good quantity. The beer selection was good, and all the food came out quickly. The only ding for atmosphere was that the tables felt sticky. It could be that we sat outside, and the sea air eats at the paint. I didn't really touch any other surfaces to confirm inside the building. No comments on bathroom cleanliness.

This is NOT a full service restaurant, you order at the counter and find a place to seat. And they bring out the food. As for food - Halibut was perfectly spiced, breaded, and fired; light and crispy. Cod, on the other hand, was crispy but quite greasy. Clams were a bit chewy and heavily breaded. The chips were great, too. We usually tip generously, especially when provided friendly service, yet this place expects upfront 25% or higher tip. Also, we asked for water to find out that you have to buy their branded bottle water. Food came out fast and clean. Too bad it’s ran by not so friendly folks. Will not be back!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the fish and chips—possibly the best I've tasted in quite a while. The clam strips, however, didn't quite hit the mark for me, mainly because of their heavier breading and not as tender as they advertise. The hand-cut fries were another highlight, absolutely delicious. The shrimp cocktail we ordered was enjoyable as well. I appreciated the variety of Stubborn soda on tap—a nice touch. The only caveat was the price; at $75 for a lunch for two, it was on the pricier side.

We visited Ocean Shores, not many good restaurant options, so were pleasantly surprised to find Bennett's along the main road into town. Beer batter fish and chips were very good, cod was fresh and juicy. Kind of pricey for a lunch but large portions! Best of Best was yummy also, couldn't finish it all. Only bummer was you can't get a free glass of water... only bottled which costs $$.

Great place, great food and amazing staff! Very nice place to take your family. The owner took time to introduce himself, walk around to various tables, have conversations and engage the customers. I thought that was really cool. Seems to be a lost art these days. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Bennett Family!

The food is pretty good, but the thing that really makes us play special is the service and the atmosphere!! Don’t get me wrong on the food, it is very good especially the crab melt. But the ambience the service the folks it’s just a really great experience.

The best fish taco I've had in the USA. Huge portions. The service was amazing!!! My husband has the crab cakes and they were delicious.

The battered cod was disappointing. At first I thought it was the fish feeling mushy but it was the batter. I used a lot of cocktail sauce to give the fish flavor. The fried clam strips were good. Ordering is slow and you have to wait in line for too long Cute decorations. No complimentary water, you can buy bottled water though. Cole slaw was more tart than usual
