Very nice residential motel. They rent rooms by the week and month. Very clean and quiet. Mostly working people from out of town, on jobs here for a few months.

This is not your average hotel. The lady who owns it is knowledgeable about the area and super welcoming. The room came stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, utensils and paper products, as well as laundry faciltities and my stay was very comfortable.

Cozy little residential motel for one person with monthly or weekly rates. Nice neighborhood location, walk to first st.
