The room is very big and spacious. It's clean and recently updated. They don't come and offer to clean the room at all though. They don't allow visitors at all. It's very very quiet. Very safe. No homeless wandering around at all which is nice.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Our room was very clean,the office staff were extremely pleasant to get a long with. They were very nice to us. The beds were very comfortable. Had ever cable channel on the TV. Towels were all clean and had a nice smell. We literally had no complaints. I'd definitely stay there again. They remodeled the entire place and I'd recommend the place to anyone seriously.

I had a terrible experience staying there last. They wanted to charge me more for a nonsmoking room. I needed to save money, so I decided to put up with it. I had to put a $20 cash deposit. And when I got to my room there was dirty toilet paper in the toilet. When I called the front desk they came to my room with maintenance. The owner told me I was a liar. And showed me a sheet someone signed. I asked why I would lie about something like that. He told me I made it up Bc I wanted a nonsmoking room. And that offended me. I just said. If there’s dirty toilet paper in the toilet, I question the cleanliness of the room. Then his attitude got worse and told his daughter, who was with him, to go call the cops on me. I literally didn’t do anything wrong or raise my voice. I was polite. Then he told me the only way I could stay, is to put down another $80 cash deposit. I had no other option that night, so I paid it. I did get my money back in the morning, but I will never go there again and I highly suggest any other hotel. And if the owner sees this comment. You need to anger management and counseling. And I didn’t lie. You need to check the rooms yourself before you rent the room and call others out of their name.

Can I give them -5 stars?!? We stopped here due to ZERO other rooms available in the area last night. They charged us $100/night for a crap-hole motel. We got to the room and got everything unloaded and started to wind down and get ready for bed. Pulled the sheets back and the sheets had stains on them. Started looking around and there was trash and dirt everywhere. Hair left in the bathtub and trash left in the bathroom floor. We immediately go down to the office and tell them the room is nasty and instead of offering to make it right, they go on the defensive and start claiming we made it dirty, that it was definitely clean. Claimed since we didnt come back within 5 minutes of checking in that they would not give us a refund. Never offered to check the room or anything. Instead bc "we got disruptive" we got told to leave or our vehicle would be towed. SERIOUSLY?!?! I will be filing a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Nasty microwave flithy+! They watch you like hawks not pleasant all kinds of rules stay away from here truly do not go@!! They are horrible want to charge for stuff not being clean tf!? Your microwave was already dirty with leftover food in it! Ridiculous you will be disappointed stay away 😒 🙄😒

After reading the reviews, I wasn't sure if to stay or not. When I checked in I had an issue but it was resolved with my satisfaction. The hotel seemed very new. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub had a strong chlorine smell so we couldn't enjoy it. The staff made you follow all pool rules. They made anyone that had a drink (non alcoholic) even in a plastic cup leave the area with it. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh.

I stayed in 216. The rooms was clean. The beds are hard. But for the price. It was not a bad place. Had a recliner in my room.

I have been living here for 3 weeks. My company book this hotel for me. I told my company I'd stop working for them if they ever booked a room for me at this hotel. Towles are dingy, like they hand washed them in the local river and hung them up in a pine tree to dry. The top covers on the bed has cigarettes burned holes in them. The room reeks of cigarette smoke. No water pressure at any faucet. Customer service sucks. Management is nonexistent and always want to put you out, with no refund. They also overreacts to anything they don't like.
