The Manager is a unpleasant person. Well if you have something for him he is happy then the next day you have a compently different people. They need diffient people in here to handle the problems that happen thought out the day not Jim B. You go to to him with a problem about, maybe laundry room or other things that need to be done, like bathrooms, I am spending my money to pay to have a clean mirror and I have what little money I have I clean so if you move here trhen put up with a manager that is moody, and nothing gets clean unless you do it yourself.

I have put at least 800.00 dollars into my room in the last 4 yrs and now they want to the raise the rent from 300.00 to 435.00 the people that owns this from Chicago. the prices are different! You do not to rent from them unless you have 1000.00 a month. Now after being a person that pays rent on time I am homeless. Think about it before you rent apparently they are only out for money. Later company! Good luck!!! Appetently we can be up in our rooms and get await with murder. Someone in the place has taken upon them apone themselves to have people staying with them and nothing is done as a manager And now The Manager is so touchy that you do not want to even talk to him. They need to get another manager that is not so mood to the few residents that are hear.

The advertise furnished rooms the beds are not put together properly the beds are covid 19 relief beds where a positive covid person used.

Rooms have bed bugs!! Wish they'd fix that..it is a good place to stay when times are tough!! I miss the people I got to know there...

As of now 40 people use one bathroom. Management love preying in your personal business and spread lie

Why 1 star cuz the rooms are disgusting and they HAVE BED 🐛 BUGS I STAYED THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT DO NOT LIVE THERE IF U CAN HELP IT
