BEAUTIFUL Venue, AMAZING service, and food was to die for!!!! I had my wedding there this weekend(11/11/23) and leading up to it, the process was flawless. From the moment I booked in Feb 2022, Jadzia was available at any time to help with any questions I had. She was so helpful and so sweet!! My wedding was 505 guests and the staff was so on top of everything. Every single person received a hot meal in a quick and timely manner. The food was absolutely to die for and even my family from Poland boasted that it tasted like their homemade food back home if not better. The staff was so kind and helped with every request, even adding last minute tables, or grabbing more food, or drinks for us or guests who had special requests. I cannot say one thing bad about this Venue. Even how tidy they keep the place and bathrooms were spotless. HAVE YOUR EVENT HERE. It will be the absolute best decision you make.

Stay away from these people! they are very rude and don’t have any respect for customers. I came here more than four time and made a couple of calls to reserve an event but every time I speak with different representative and the whole deal is changed. They change the deal three times. Not only that I was about to write the contract but the manager changed her mind about which room she wants to give me! Take my word for it, don’t even approach them for your event!

From the moment we got engaged we knew we wanted to have our wedding at Belvedere. The hall is beautiful and underwent a lot of renovations. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable -Pani Magda went above and beyond for us making sure everything turned out exactly how we pictured it. She gave us valuable advice on things we weren’t sure of how to best handle. Her many years of experience contributed to the success of our special day. Jessica was so helpful with setting up our decorations the night before. We are grateful for both of their hard work. The food was delicious and our guests gave us many compliments on how they enjoyed it. We couldn’t have been more happy with Belvedere and their entire staff who ensured our day was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful venue that can host small and large parties up to 1000 people. Great food & friendly service. We had our son baptism party there and we were very satisfied.

The MOST DISRESPECTFUL banquet staff I have ever encountered. (8/2/19) The food was very subpar, undercooked and our chicken was pink inside. The serves were inattentive and rude. I asked for extra bread and she gave me attitude. Then, ten minutes after we got our extra bread another server took it away. We were in the middle of the main course and they were already cleaning up! The servers collecting empty drink glasses kept bumping into guests with their cart, hitting chairs and reaching over people without saying excuse me. Very bad. The bartenders were alright, open bar but drinks took a while as they had to refill kegs. Need to work on refrigeration for the drinks. The banquet hall itself was alright, just awkwardly designed. There’s pillars blocking the view of the dance floor and the bathrooms are hard to find for those visually impaired. The few good things of this place was the ample parking, air conditioning, nice decor and large rooms.

Just had our wedding on Oct 7th, and had the best experience! Jadzia helped us with absolutely everything, and made the stress of planning a wedding that much easier. From answering any questions I had to last minute seating changes, everything was handled with care. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Belvedere Chateau!

Had a graduation party! Love the new look of the hall! Bread was served warm and good! Very friendly staff 😊😊😊

Don’t trust these people . They are rude and they won’t honor your hold. If someone else came and paid more for your exact date you reserved , they will cancel your hold without notice. Don’t deal with them . They are not honest and greedy. Even they admitted and said it’s all business. If this is how you do business, then sham on you.
