Wish I could give a 0/5 Awful family experience!! While checking the room for bed bugs, my 5 year old daughter pulled back the bed sheets and found a used bong. Brought it to me, asking what she found , I threw it on the bad and left the room. Called the service desk and she came up and gave us a new room. Later that evening the manager tells my husband how she knows the people that stayed in the room and is friends with the house keeper , not believing they could have used that stuff. The next morning I wanted to make sure this was relayed to the owners and not pushed under the table. I asked for them to call me. After waiting a whole day for the owners to call I called back to the hotel asking when they were going to give me a call about the situation. Realizing that I was speaking to the manager from the previous night. The conversation didn't go well as she explained after talking to house keeping there was no way it happened the way I said and blamed my 5 year old for bring a bong into the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
I just left there after having to make an emergency stop due to bad weather last night. It's currently under renovation, but even with that going on it is still a nice place. The lady that was there this morning was very friendly and informative. And the room was very nice and the bed was decently comfortable. The breakfast left something to be desired but really wasn't horrible. I will definitely be using this place again in the case of an emergency. And hopefully by then construction will be done and I won't be woken up by the noise from them. But I do highly recommend this place. Great job guys!
Place is located on the edge of town. Staff was friendly. We were there for business for 13 days right after the winter storm. Construction was still on going but it didn’t interfere with the stay. Room was comfortable first bed I didn’t have to use a mattress topper as I travel a lot for work Fridge quit but was replaced before I came back from my day at work. Breakfast was cereal ect which was fine. If in the area again I’d be happy to stay there again!
Very comfortable room, very clean and close to town. The view of the countryside is beautiful ❤️
Came for a short 3 days to visit my hunnys family. The staff was wonderful. However, did have issues with the room, and the manager quickly accommodated us with a different room. Dog friendly. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast could've added protein Would def recommend 👌
The reviews that say there is a rude lady are probably true. We didn't have to butt heads with anyone, but one lady was very matter of fact. I think rudeness works both ways. If you expect to be catered to because you are special, get over yourself and understand that not all people treat other people's property properly.||Breakfast was a little thin and the coffee is not the best. Room was clean and the shower was GREAT!
We stayed here overnight for a family visitation and funeral in Washington. Nice, newer 2 story motel. Room and inn was clean with all amenities. Breakfast included, which was bagels, toast, cereal, frozen waffles. Definitely recommend for the area.
Not a good place to work, not worth the pay. Front desk lady seems to be rude over the phone.
