Beltway Motel & Restaurant - Motel in Halethorpe - 3648 Washington Blvd, USA

I stayed in this motel for 4 years in 2019 to August 2023. I stayed there whiles I was studying and also working. When I moved in 316 the room was nasty and smell smoke and cigarettes butts all over the place. I had to fixed the place for me to lived comfortably can you imagine? Although I was staying there monthly the ownership or management kept increasing the price haphazardly. I was paying at least $1334 monthly for that ruggedly motel. Recently. last week I came to town to transact business and decided to stay in this motel. I paid for the first night and was given room 227 again that room was so smelly couldn't even sleep I told the front desk guy and I switched rooms to 330. When I went downstairs to pay for another day was told by the front desk guy I am not getting the preferred customer rate because unless I pay for a whole week can you imagine. The front desk guy in the wheel chair said his boss said that. The fact that you are telling a customer to stay for a whole week is unthinkable when the same person has lived in your motel for 4 years is nothing short of racism and bigotry. I told the front desk I cannot be forced to stay for a whole week and that if I cannot a get the preferred customer rate I will go somewhere else. I went somewhere , where the rooms were better and smell better. Very disappointed in Beltway motel. Besides that when I stayed in 316 the maintenance man and his girlfriend or wife were selling and engaging in drugs and all kinds of vices. Moreover, I cannot get my mails because someone keep stealing them even after putting a forwarding mail request through USPS .I have complained bitterly to the post office. Beltway Motel needs to fixed the place up too many mice and roaches. I don't think the county healthy department is doing a good job. They need to go room by room and inspect them cause this is a public Hazard and management needs to wake up. They have been around long enough to know and do better or sell the place to a better management. What really pissed me off is when the guy in the wheel chair at the front desk told me they haven't been able to rent room 316. I took pictures when I vacated the place I stayed there for 4 years for all those years there was no maintenance in my room. I had to go to Home Depot across the street to get whatever I needed. Staff don't stay long enough and they steal your stuff I have evidence stored on my phone and camera. Stay away from Beltway Motel and Restaurant in Halethorpe Arbutus area. NB: The rooms are not safe because they doors are not safe and anybody can break in . Stay away?

Woke up the middle of the night something was biting me pulled the cover back it was a bug just like the picture someone else posted. Will Not be coming back EVER!!!!!!!!! Infested an would not give us our money back not only prior the shower curtain looked as if someone threw up on it but we made the replace the curtain now I see why it’s always empty here the people know even the people that work here knows.

I’ve never had a single problem while staying here that wasn’t solved, albeit very minor things that most turn into something big for no reason. The staff are always friendly. The cleaning ladies and now gentleman are constantly working hard. You get what you give folks, if you’re kind, you’ll get kindness. All around this place is very well run and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Never again. Walked into room with roaches on the bed. Called he front desk and they said can only change my room 1 time. That's unxcectable. I wanted a refund. The counter person said I only can change room once. has 10 mins to cancel. He did absolutely nothing for us. I would rather sleep on the street. Atleast you wouldn't have to pay to sleep with the bugs. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE

They have ppl living on the other side of the Hotel by the Wawa's my friend got banned cause he got reported by one of the people living there and they was watching him without his consent so won't be ever going back I didn't know people actually live in them rooms

I made sure to take pics of everything. I definitely don't recommend! hairs everywhere in bathroom, carpet not cleaned, shower amongst walls falling apart, I clean for a living so I already had my own supplies had to clean everything before use since their staff failed too. Tub floors sink all surfaces. Not happy. $93wasted.

Was told I had to leave because my room had mold in it they said it was just my room all the other rooms were fine.They really blamed me for it smh

Very nice updated first time i had been there in a year. They sell a all u can eat crabs and i had the creamy seafood soup had lobster in it very good. Nice atmosphere. But its a bar and also lounge. They were renovating the dinning n kitchen that day . Awesome addition to the area.
