Had a wonderful lunch today! We didn't catch our server's name but the receipt says AM S. The food was great as always but the service really blew our socks off today!! Our water glasses and our bread basket were constantly refilled without asking and our sever's friendly, kind demeanor really made our day! Thank you AM S!!!

Wonderful Northern Italian food. Tony is my go to waiter and he is personable with wonderful recomendations you should trust if you have not dined here. You really can not go wrong with any of their offerings. Don't pass on dessert...also some delicious offerings. Enjoy!

I knew nothing about this place prior to coming here. My wife booked the restaurant and told me that it was Italian once we were almost there. Now growing up, I used to live in upstate net York and if you didn't know it is littered with Italian restaurants and have also basically identical, typical menus. Once I looked at the menu and didn't see typical "alfredos" and "chicken parmigian" I got really, really excited. We were served with fresh bread and olive oil quite quickly after being seated. The bread was quite airy and fluffy and the olive oil was absolutely decadant. It was smooth with a dark, Green-yellow color and slight hit of earthy flavor. We ordered the Battuta and paid extra for black truffles. It tasted amazing and they didn't skimp on the truffles. For a $15 addition, the completely covered the dish. At a Michelin starred restaurant it probably would have cost $60-$80 for the same amount. I ordered the Casoncelli Bergamashi. It had a wonderfully creamy and salty flavor. I was worried that with the amount of cured meats it would be too salty, but it was actually perfectly balanced with the sauce. The cream sauce also wasn't very heavy, and I liked that the dish wasnt drowned in sauce either. My wife got the taglioni burro e acciughe. I didn't take a picture of it because it really looked just like pasta in sauce. Presentation was not strong with this dish. However, if you saw my wife's face after she took a bite you would know this dish is amazing. I'm personally not an anchovie fan so I did not try it. Overall this place is great. I would only dock a star on the environment because it was a tad cold for being inside and would have felt freezing if we took our jackets off. Also just be aware that there is only street parking.

Belotti is absolutely stunning. Their pastas are second to none. The craftmanship, balance, and finish that they put on their dishes truly transport you to a local town in Piedmont and for the time of the meal, you get to experience Italy in America. The tuna paste with the beef carpaccio was absolutely mesmerizing. The pumpkin puree enhances the ravioli with black truffle. The butter anchovy spaghetti was salty in all the right ways. Oh and don't forget the Panna Cotta at the end - it is literally the best panna cotta I've ever had - creamy, tangy, and ever so sweet. And for this amazing food, very reasonable prices. My only issue with Belotti's would be their choice of dinner bread they give you. I think the sour dough bread doesn't work well with Italian red wine nor the pasta dishes. It stands out too much. Belotti is phenomenal. Grab yourself a reservation.

My favorite Italian restaurant. No basic dishes here. Every single item I tried on the menu so far was absolutely delicious. My goal is to eventually check of every type of pasta they have (which is quite a few!) and then start again 😁

my favorite italian restaurant experience in the USA thus far. incredible food for the price (~$40/person with half-split glasses of wine) and good vibes for outdoor seating even when it’s chillier. the highlight is certainly the pasta. the tomato sauces burst with flavor, and my favorite would be the butter-based sauces which are so impossibly thick and decadent. pasta itself is always cooked to perfection and flavor combinations are sublime. would recommend the tartare for appetizers; the butter lettuce salad was beautifully presented but was underdressed/fell flat on flavor, so i’d skip this for next time. panna cotta for dessert was also very solid, pretty presentation and a good size for splitting as a last little treat

The food was impeccable, the service was knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered a glass of white wine, Verdicchio di Matelica and it paired beautifully with all courses of the meal. To start of the meal, my dining-partner and I split the Insalata Burrata salad. When it came out to us, I was expecting it to be one big salad that we’d split ourselves, but they had already portioned and garnished a plate for each of us, which was a nice touch! The salad was delicious, fresh, and light. I had never had burrata before and was surprised that it’s much more milky and “fresh” than it is a gooey, melted cheese. Maybe that’s common knowledge, but the point is that it was delicious. For the entree I had the casoncelli bergamaschi and it was wonderful. In fact, it was almost as good as the pasta my Nona makes ;). The serving was generous and dense, very filling. For dessert my dining partner and I split the tiramisu, which was light and perfectly balanced in regards to the espresso and sweetness. We closed out the meal with a cappuccino which was a nice way to perk up after a veritable feast. My only complaint was that the restaurant was a tinge loud due to the acoustics of the building, but that’s just nitpicking. Overall, an excellent experience. After tip, we paid just over $100. In my mind, the quality and amount of food made it an excellent value.
