This place is so dirty it’s sad, do not go here !!!! They have BED BUGS and the sheets have STAINS ALL OVER, shower water came out brown and rooms smell like death !!!!!! Don’t waste your money here it’s disgusting !!!!

Went there last week for a short stay, I was told no short stay after 10pm, so I end up paying $105 for an overnight when I only stay for 3 hrs, when I got to the room NO HEAT, mind you the temp is in the 30's, called front desk and told them no heat, the guy said no heat in the whole building, when I ask why he didn't tell me before I booked , he claimed it's posted all over the hotel lady, which was a lie, so I asked for a heavy comforter, he claimed the lady didn't come today, this is the worse place I've ever stayed at, if I could give it a ZERO, I would, the place needs to be shutdown.

The Rooms were very very Dirty, I wasn't pleased at all,bed linens and pillow cases were soil and hair on the bed under the comforter!!!..

I wish I could give them a zero, the worst customer service ever. This person is so rude to me that he hung up the phone so quick not giving me a information about the prices. I wish this person get fired ASAP for night shift Smfh.

After reading the conflicting reviews, I decided to check it out myself. I needed a room for the night and was pleasantly surprised to see a nicely decorated room. It definitely was Not the room that was pictured on line. The bathroom was clean, but it had a bit of a bleach smell. I will definitely return.

Not good. The remote they had in the room dont work. They won't give you a receipt for you staying there. Saying they don't keep records. So whats the point of taking my id when I sign in to the room. Its only convenient if you just want to sleep and leave.

They have roaches big roaches on counters in room 112 the Korean looking guy didn't want to give our money back this place needs to be shutdown.. the sheets are dirty.. seen several spots with blood stains... holes in the wall like a crime was committed there... never again

Its $45 For a short stay PERIOD. Not the best BUT, this place has been around for a LONG time. And, I have never experienced rude employees. They clean the carpets a lot and I personally have not seen bugs. I know they do exterminate frequently. Yeah, the furniture is old but they do upgrade the mattresses. Its the cheapest place in NYC and great if you need a room in a hurry. I was caught in a snowstorm and stayed here overnight. I didn't have a problem. I still go there when I once in a while because, its close to Belmont racetrack, busses to Long Island and NYC transit, stores to grab something to eat and a pharmacy. All within walking distance. If your looking for the Plaza, dont come here. If you just need a place to crash for a few, then this is the place.
