Belmont Inn and Suites - Motel in Virginia Beach - 1113 Pacific Ave, USA

Positive: The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Negative: A/C leak from ceiling a bucket was catching the water. Wire box on wall was hanging off of the wall, wires were exposed. Roaches everywhere. Office personnel wouldn?t change our room, we asked to check out they said fine and walked away, no refund offered

We've travel from Niagara Falls New York, to Columbus Ohio, to Louisville Kentucky, to Memphis Tennessee, and also to the French Quarter in New Orleans Louisiana over the past twelve days and finally here to Virginia Beach. This last stop in Virginia Beach is by far the most disgusting, most expensive, and nastiest roach and bedbug infested place we've been to. I thought the first hotel was nasty, but soon realized that ALL of them are similar, and disgusting!!! For $214 a night there is no reason to have roaches in your room, stained sheets, and dirty rooms. I've literally seen trap houses that were better cared for than these hotels!!! If you're thinking of coming to Virginia Beach then save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT bring your kids here to stay!!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. there have been leaks, bugs, rats, and mold. The owner is very rude! and does nothing to take care of the hotel. The prices have been absurd! From $63 to $110 for a hotel of terrible quality those are mind blowing! I do not recommend staying here not even for a few days..

Positive: There was nothing I liked last yr I stayed at this hotel it was great I stayed there for one night this yr and it was terrible the ac did not work so they had fans and their were roaches everywhere once we turned out the lights and went to sleep Negative: Everything was terrible

Located just one block behind Atlantic Ave this is a great location in a decent end of Virginia Beach. About 2 or 3 blocks from the 14th street pier. However...the parking is listed as free and does not state there is a room limit. We had 3 rooms reserved and had to pay $30 to park an extra vehicle in an overflow lot. I don't have an issue with paying, I have an issue with being told the parking would be free for my party. We booked for a group of 15 people. ALSO they have roaches and are not interested in getting rid of them so stay at your own discretion. Rooms are totally run down and hot as hell because the air is not working properly or something. Our phone jack and a fire alarm were just ripped out of the wall. One of the rooms had a huge hole in the back of the door and blood on the floor. It seems the staff, which appears to be a husband and wife team, are trying but are not quite able to accomplish everything alone. I only stayed one night and seriously considered driving back to NY at midnight to avoid staying. Not impressed.

Worst hotel ever!! And if you go through Priceline they get their money off the top it would’ve been $75 cheaper if I would’ve went there and booked the room and if I would’ve done that I would’ve asked to see the room and there’s no way I would’ve ever Paid for this room it was dirty the freezer was a frozen block of ice there were bugs the stools were broken. There was mold and mildew, no dishes. The kitchen consisted of a one burning burner no paper towels, no cups the phone line didn’t work in the room. There were two beds in the back bedroom with no TV, one bed in the front room with the TV so if anyone wanted to watch TV, everybody had to sit on the one bed because the two barstools for the counter were broken and not sturdy to sit on the whole hotel, needs to be remodeled or torn down The sad part is when I booked it my dumb tail. There was no cancellation because it was last minute. I will never do that again. Lesson learned.

It was a very bad experience since we entered smelling a cigar, it was very strange the micro way was not useful they do not have cleaning service for the garbage daily oh provide clean towels and the air conditioning didn't work in short works these was horrible not recommended.

Positive: Walking distance to the beach and space layout of the room and a smoke free zone. Negative: The layout and space room offered was nice but not usable as there were need for repairs, mold, mildew, cleaning of air vents and coverings, pest control and lack of lighting made it hard on the matter.
