Great stay, Justin is EXTREMELY friendly and polite. The room was big and the ac was very cold. The place could be upgraded a little bit but I enjoyed the stay and I will recommend it. The pool was nice as well. Definitely will be coming back very soon.

The absolute worst hotel service i have ever witnessed. I made an accidental booking, called 30 minutes after booking it and asked if I can change it for a later date just so I wouldn’t get charged. I was told they don’t know how to deal with stuff like that and told me to call back the next day and speak with Justin. I was charged money and politely asked for a refund to work something out because it was an honest mistake. Not only did they not help in anyway.I was told they would call me back in a few minutes and I had to call them back an hour later as I didn’t receive a call back. Also, they blocked my number and called me names and hung up the phone on me. I will never recommend this hotel as I was told I dodged a bullet because they have bed bugs. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I never once raised my voice or got smart with anyone. I was just trying to be as cooperative as possible. But was denied all service and disrespected

here is my expirience....funky smell in rooms! Bad odor in rooms 125 and 119 Burn holes in bed sheets! Towels had stains and Stains all over the room! Plus fingerprints all over the furniture and smelly old food in the fridge! Carpets are filthy....paid almost $300 for a night had to switch rooms and the room they switched me too was the same. Save ur money don't come

Booked and canceled within less than 12 hours, reached out to the hotel about the multiple complaints of bedbugs within less than a week ago. Stated I didn’t meet the 7day before stay requirements for refund. Advised I reserved for Saturday which is 4 days before stay and I canceled due to the health condition, the employee stated that I should of done my research and to call the better business bureau since I’m not happy.

Very old building. Not really worth the expensive price for lackluster views and dingy old looking rooms that smell of smoke. The rooms all seemed to have some sort of damage to it, wether it be a busted mirror or a loud air conditioning unit. It's going to take a lot more work to justify the price. Also some very sketchy individuals around the area. Some evidence of drug use as well.

Bedbugs! We were bit by bedbugs in room 106 and then found several when we searched under the bed box spring. This was on August 1, 2024. We have videos and photos of the bugs. We spoke to the manager and owner who, even with the photographs, denied that there were bedbugs. The manager wrote: "...it's just strange on your 4th day they just decided to appear." We had to leave early and had to leave our suitcases behind to avoid bringing the bugs home. All our items had to be double-bagged and then sanitized at home. We asked for a full refund and they refused.

It's location and pool are the only upsides...that's if being next to the beach and marina are worth bringing home a BED BUG with you, then having to throw out every piece of furniture you own. I've been bit here, while fully awake, and sitting at the TABLES. So that's a full infestation if they are attacking humans mid-day while fully awake. Out of being in 5 different rooms, i got bit in 3 of the 5. I also went to use the laundry washer machine that's on site, and seen a dead bed bug chilling on the rim of the washer by the cubby hole for fabric softner 🤢. Crystal Inn neptune has a very clean pool, and NO BED BUGS. Go there. I've been in over 20 rooms last 2yrs at Crystal Neptune and NEVER bit. And i was there last summer when they changed all their beds and frames for brand new ones. The super/maintenance guy lives in the hotel, so he's not going to allow an infestation. They will handle something like that immediately and accordingly. Belmar Motor has had these bed bugs for years, and i guess they don't care, because it's still all the same mattresses/frames. FYI bed bugs are only attracted to certain people's blood/pheromone. So just because you stayed here and weren't bit, doesn't mean you didn't or couldn't bring one back home to infest your home and bite family and friends that they are attracted to! ENTER THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK!! And ALOT of thieves in the form of drug addicts stay here. I had money stolen from me here.

Checked into room first place had to find a Walmart to buy bed linen would not sleep on the beds with the dirty linens that were given to us, very dirty room , pillows where as flat as a dollar bill should prefer to stay in a tent than this motel disappointment with accommodations
