Dollar for dollar, of the 7 complexes I’ve been at, this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at.
I have lived here since December of 2022. Taylor was very easy to work with and made the application process really simple. After 3 weeks of living here nashville got down to -10. On Christmas Eve homes and apartments everywhere we’re experiencing pipes bursting. One of those being Bells Bluff + the unit I was living in. I am so fortunate that I was living at Bells and not anywhere else, after hearing horror stories from clients on how their apartments handled the same situation. The staff at Bells was extremely accommodating. We were put into a hotel immediately and we’re taking care of financially from start to finish. Shout out to Tyler the leasing consultant who helped us on Christmas Eve by watching my dog and getting our belongings. Besides that the amenities are phenomenal. The maintenance crew are professional and punctual. Shout out to Morgan, Clarence, + Jeff. Valet trash is super convenient. The View and sunset are unmatched. I highly recommend living at Bells Bluff. Ps I wasn’t paid to say this I just really love it here.
The 2 BR 2 BA have a beautiful layout with tall ceilings. I absolutely love my balcony! Being on the end unit has amazing natural light and tons of windows! I can’t say enough about how prompt and awesome all of the staff is with fixing any issues! The grounds are beautiful and super dog friendly!
Incredible community! I’ve lived in several places around Nashville and Bells Bluff has been by far the best property from location, value, amenities, and the staff/ management team’s dedication to making sure our time here is worth it!

This was one of my favorites. We moved in early 2021 and Taylor and staff at time were amazing and responsive. This is probably my favorite apartments I have ever lived in. The amenities are great. The pools are great. The views are amazing. It is so quiet too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
I’ve lived at Bells Bluff for 2 years now and wouldn’t want to rent anywhere else. The management team plus the amenities are A+. 100% recommend spending the extra money to be in a unit with a river view. So peaceful.
Apartment complex is great. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and fixes issues efficiently. The pool and monthly events are a bonus too! Highly recommend for young professionals and college students.
I’ve lived here for about 6months now and I can’t say enough good things about it! The location is perfect! Close to downtown but also close to hiking and walking trails. Very close to shopping also. The place its self is well maintained and clean! Love this complex! Will definitely renew!
