Great campus-TONS of underground parking (acres???), though you (well, your company) has to pay. Totally worth it. Keeps your car out of the snow/rain/tree leaves/pine needles that surface lot parkers have to contend with, and you don’t have to deal with walking through all that, too :) Management and engineering team here is great - very attentive and even more proactive. They really just take care of everything without much fuss. Nice gym on-site, lots of trails to walk around on during you lunch break. There’s a Five Guys burger place about 4 blocks west and a few other places the same distance (and a grocery store). There’s even a Trader Joes across the street (west side of the property). Overall, the folks running the place take great care of it - it’s a nice place to come to work.

They’ve added a cozy fireplace and seating area in back. Homeless try to set up camp but the more commanding security guard gets them on their way, politely. I walk my Service dog here daily almost. It's wooded with huge grass area in the back with a nice walkway. Only drawback is 156th Ave & Northrup are the surrounding streets but the area is 3 acres of grass. Yes there’s Bunnies too. Adjacent to a high school 🏈 field. Can listen on Fridays night to the games. There’s tennis court . Volleyball 🏐 net, in sand. It's nice not frequented area when school isn't in session. Think it at home schooling now. It is a business park and Vo-etc school. It is patrolled by their private security and are now friendly and welcoming, ( wasn’t always so). and

The security guard was very unnecessarily aggressive. He yelled at us for walking the dog in the parking lot. Just cuz you have a job to do, doesn’t mean he gets to be rude.

Upscale locality with multiple business centers. I especially liked the way the entire area was nestled in thick tree cover with really old trees. The building are very well maintained and offices are well staffed and provisioned. The parking is ample and the area is very close to some very good food options for lunch.

Lovely location for your office space. A wooded campus near Microsoft, with available underground parking, your employees will be happy because it is near over 100 eating places, ranging from Trader Joe's to sit-down restaurants, for a quick lunch. There is lots of nearby housing, top-rated schools, and easy access to the highway.

Gorgeous, love working here. I'm glad the local residents fought back when they wanted to expand it with higher buildings, because as much as I support development, it's so nice to look out each day and see wildlife outside my office. There us a full family of rabbits, tons of birds and dragonflies, and I've heard people have even seen deer! It's not super close to food, but it does have it's own high tech vending-cafe, where you just self-checkout from 4-5 fridges and security cameras watch to make sure you paid.

Great place to sled because of the hills. The parking was easy to get in at 10:00am, more people started showing up at 12:00pm- when we were leaving - so it was nicely planned. The snow was perfect and fun!
