The work they did was absolutely amazing! Here is the before and after of two prints they reframed that we had had as gifts for nearly 20 years… I always hated how they were framed and now just love them to pieces! Steve and Jen at the Bellevue store were incredible!! So kind, nice and professional! He helped me really understand how to properly frame art, and Jen was the mastermind behind the framing of my endurance race jerseys! I hesitated a little bit with the price, but when I thought about hanging those two prints for the last 20 years, I realized the work I was doing on them going forward would last my lifetime… It was worth every penny for the framing and for the upgraded museum quality glass… They’re amazing!!

I brought in 7 pieces to get framed at Museum Quality Framing. I’d had art pieces framed before (at another business, not Museum Quality Framing) so I went in aware that this type of service would cost more than other options. If saving money was the primary concern, I’d buy frames at Michael’s and call it a day. I wanted the pieces framed properly and framed well so I decided to take them to Museum Quality Framing after seeing all the good reviews. Sam helped me pick out frames and suggested different ideas to really make the art stand out and although I thought it was expensive, I knew I was paying for quality work and I left their store really excited to see the final product. I was quoted around 3 weeks but got the call from Sam saying the art was ready after only about a week or so. I stopped by to pick up the framed pieces and loved the results! I felt like I really got what I had paid for until I got home and saw that one of the pieces had been scratched. I took that piece back to Museum Quality Framing and was told that the only option I had was to provide another piece and that they could swap it out for me. No effort was made to try and refer back to the documentation Sam had made of the condition of all the pieces at time of drop off which said nothing about any scratch (because the scratch wasn’t there when I dropped it off)… the pieces were laid out flat and in their plastic wrapping when Sam and I had them laid out picking out frames and the scratch would have been clearly visible if it was there then. I was just told that matte pieces like that “could get scratched just by looking at them” or “it could’ve gotten scratched by the artist when they were signing them”… unfortunately for me, the only option I was given was to provide a replacement piece of art at my own expense and they would swap it out of the frame for me. The experience just made me sad if anything because the quality of their work is outstanding. I just wish they showed more empathy at having damaged the art and not just avoided any conversation of how to help make things right.

I work at the Bishops next door and saw this place move in next to us just in time for my boyfriend's and my anniversary. Jen was super helpful in picking materials within my price range and actually got it finished for me super, super early! Highly reccomend

A gem of a shop, Sam and Jen were so helpful and friendly. They walked through the entire creative process and pricing options to frame a crocheted Zelda tapestry my fiancée made by hand. I’m excited to see it come together and will be back for future framing projects. :)

They were very helpful in recommending the right custom frames for my artworks. Turnaround was fast, and I felt completely at ease working with them. Some frames can be quite pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I got a memorial project done at Bellevue Museum Quality Framing. From the second I walked in, I knew it was going to be good. The welcome was warm, the care around the project was evident. The final outcome was even better than I had hoped. Can’t recommend enough.
