Belle Isle Motel - Motel in Bar Harbor - 910 ME-3, USA

Our room was completely clean. Housekeeping did an incredible job when we asked for a fragrance free room. |We traveled with our two dogs and there was a nice wooded path and open grassy area for them. The staff sets a very nice campfire every night and you can even get a s’mores kit at the front desk.|The bed was comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water and pressure.||Our room was very tiny, |a little tight for two adults and two dogs. |Next time will ask for a bigger room.||If you need to have Internet access, the Wi-Fi had a very weak signal. Fortunately, we were on a little vacation so we didn’t need much.||They also had a heated pool, although we didn’t use it on this trip.||Overall, a great homebase from which to explore Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

The Motel was really nice. Reminded me of places I stayed at when I was a kid. The staff was very friendly and if you needed something they took care of it right away. All the things they provided in the listing was as they said. A nice breakfast, a camp fire every night, a heated pool. The room was very clean, the beds comfy. It was nice and close to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park.

What an absolutely stunning motel! The property is well kept and maintained. The pool is always so clear and the perfect temperature for a dip. Every night there is a beautiful fire pit lit in the back for all to enjoy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Room was clean, but VERY small. The shower was about 3x3 feet and I had to duck to get under the shower head (I'm 5'8"). (We obviously didn't have the room shown on the website.)||This is the most I've ever paid for a hotel room - I get that we were there during peak season, but $250/night was totally ridiculous for a tiny room with a tinier shower. We didn't even get housekeeping!||Fine place to sleep, but outrageously expensive. I won't be visiting again.

This is a nice little hotel that had everything we needed and it's proximity to Acadia National Park was ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient with some hearty bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, cereal and oatmeal. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area as well I would suggest The Chart Room for dinner and the Traveling Lobster for the best Lobster roll ever.

The front desk associate checking me in was so sweet. Located close to bar harbor and Acadia. The rooms and showers are small but adequate, clean, and updated. Grab and go breakfast options were available in the office at 8am which is rare for a motel. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. There was construction all through one of my nights but nothing the fan couldn’t fix! Would stay here again last minute.

Great little hotel, staff were nice and pleasant. They have a heated pool and a fire at night. The room was small which is fine we just wanted a place to sleep. The bathroom was super cramped but was usable. It was nice and quiet and we got really good rest there. It has AC and a mini fridge. Everything you need if you're hiking Acadia.

Positive: The owner appears to be putting effort into guest satisfaction despite small rooms with thin walls. Bed was comfortable but took up most of the room. Parking was good lots of space. Offered clean outdoor pool and lit fire for gathering in evening. Negative: Small room and too expensive for what you get.
