Lived here since 2022 and its a really good apartment complex. For it being sandwiched between Veterans and the interstate the complex is super quiet. The property managers are great and really helpful. They are quick to email about upcoming repairs and maintenance. The landscaping is properly maintained and maintenance repairs are prompt. Family friendly and pet friendly.

Laura was outstanding! The application process was smooth as the best cognac without ice (room temp ). The apartment units are extremely clean . The grounds , wash room , & pool are well kept ! The location is very convenient & accessible to I-10 E .

From the moment I walked through the door Ms. Laura was Amazing She Greeted me with a Smile and walked me through the Whole process even when I was going through the most difficult time in my life she made this whole process easy . I love my new apartment and can’t wait to begin my new journey the apartment is absolutely beautiful and the residents here make you feel at home . While I was moving I had been approached by others who already live here and was told Welcome to the Neighborhood , everyone is very kind and I love the fact that everything is well kept the property is maintained and beautiful. If your debating on moving here just do it I promise you you will see you made the best choice!!! Thanks again to Bellwood and Ms. Laura .

Just moved in and I have to say they have the nicest staff, very welcoming! Which made my move long distance move smooth and effortless. So far I really enjoy my apartment and the location is great! As a first time renter and college student I highly recommend this apartment complex! Very spacious and reasonably for the price!

Spacious closets , plenty of storage space in the kitchen , I believe there are six Fido Dog House's with mini trash bins located throughout the property , which was an amazing addition. Staff is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is always on site and quick to respond to request. I've enjoyed living at Bellawood.

My husband and I have enjoyed our time at Bellawood! Ms. Laura is very helpful and incredibly kind. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of.

My experience moving into this apartment has been great so far. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and close to everything I need. The leasing process was easy and very fast, I was able to move in less than a week. Kassandra , Laura, and Rochelle have helped me numerous times with whatever has to be done. Without a doubt they are the best team for an office staff. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to move here and would recommend it to others.

The office staff, the property itself, and the maintenance staff are all top notch! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. I'm happy to call this place home!
