Bella Tess Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Spokane Valley - 17016 E Indiana Ave, USA

My boyfriend and I just moved into Bella Tess about 2 weeks ago. We were searching for apartments for months, and finally decided on Bella Tess and we are very grateful that we did! John made the experience of getting this apartment very smooth and exciting, he helped us with every step of this process. We are very happy with our choice to live here. We love the environment, how nice and modern the whole complex is, and of course the apartment itself is amazing. Highly recommend!!

i am a current resident and i warn you to stay away if you’re a minority. i’ve been harassed incessantly by the tenant in AA314 since June of ‘23 upon move-in; stomping on my ceiling, weaponizing the police against my home, screaming and banging around, and now yelling racial slurs into my ceiling, and bella tess has done nothing. it took almost 6 months for the regional manager amanda, to contact me about this situation. she, and the leasing agent brea, brushed me and this situation off as “petty” and “back and forth” and john is just a straight up liar. i’ve sent multiple emails regarding my concern for my safety and my neighbors racism, yet nothing has been done. amanda admitted she has dealt with AA314 and her harassment prior to my arrival, yet this tenant remains. it seems she is more important than whoever she is harassing. greystar and bella tess absolutely condone racism.

We signed our lease a week ago and everything has been amazing so far! John Robinson was our leasing agent and he was just the best. He helped us through the process with so much kindness and understanding all while being professionally personable. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we love the location and community mindset this complex has!

Very nice apartments. Parking is an issue if you don't pay for it. Even if you pay, not guaranteed to be near your apartment. The maintenance staff was very nice. Everything seemed brand new in the apartment.

I lived there for about 9 months. While I was there, it was not a bad place to live. The amenities worked worked fine and the neighbors were fine. The problems came after I left. They pay for a professional to clean your apartment after you leave and they take the cost out of your security deposit. I had a studio apartment and even cleaned it before I left. They still kept the entire deposit and even charged me an extra one hundred dollars. Even though it would have taken under an hour for a cleaner to clean the apartment. But that's not even the worst part. I paid the extra one hundred dollars shortly after moving out. I didn't like it, but I figured it was fair. If that was the end of the story I would give Bella Tess 4 stars. Even though I paid the amount, 6 months later I am now getting contacted by a collections agency demanding payment for something I already paid. I know I paid it because the amount was charged to Bella Tess on my credit card several weeks after my moveout. I was not notified about any pending debts either, or warned about a balance going to collections. I was told to contact Greystar to get it sorted out. Apparently they don't know how to answer a phone, return a voicemail, or an email. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Callie Roth was my leasing agent and she was a 10/10 agent! She always answered my questions and the whole leasing facility/faculty are very professional. The apartments are very modern and I love the huge windows. The apartments are very safe and I am so excited for Bella Tess Fest! They always have something fun planned for their residents!

Bella Tess is home for us! We have lived here for 3 years. It is like a resort with the beautifully kept grounds, clubhouse, fire pit and pool! We have a view from our patio of the pool and lovely grounds. Their hardworking employee Michael can be found working all over the grounds! He always has a smile for us! Jake manages a great maintenance crew who respond promptly to requests. It’s a little bit noisy outside but they are expanding across the street. We haven’t any issues with noise from neighbors. We are seniors and enjoy our life here at Bella Tess. Thank you Amanda for doing a fantastic job, keeping things running smooth. We look forward to the future with Bella Tess.h

I have moved out from Bella Tess for over 4 months but haven't gotten my refundable deposit back yet. We have tried calling the leasing office at least 50 times to get their response. Every time they told us they would return our call it never happened. We contacted the office to let them know that we hadn't gotten our refundable deposit back yet and they said we would get it back by the end of September. However, the time came and we didn't receive our deposit. We contacted them back again and the manager then told us they don't have any deposits to return to us. Which is a mistake. We then give them all the transactions that we pay for both refundable and non-refundable deposits for our pets. The refundable for both pets is $600 and we still didn’t get our money back after over 4 months. By the law of the state of Washington “If the landlord fails to give the statement and any documentation required by subsection (1) of this section together with any refund due the tenant within the time limits specified in subsection (1) of this section he or she shall be liable to the tenant for the full amount of the deposit.” Not to mention that the management is so poorly managed. Staff are not caring and they don’t know what they doing. Because every time we contact the office every staff always have different things to say. The best part is we didn’t renew our lease because it would be such a big mistake with the overpriced apartment and not even a parking spot. And of course a poor management.
