Bella Terra RV Resort - Featured Reviews (197)
Luxury park for sure. Great amenities and the perfect location to the ocean.. orange beach is the closest (to my knowledge) and it’s beautiful.. back to Bella Terra, the grounds are beautiful and very tropical feeling. Perfectly manicured bushes and trees placed specifically…. A lovely pond right in the middle and if you’re lucky like we were you can get a spot right up to it.. we had at our pad a super covered kitchen and living area - I also love how everyone has something or they don’t but it all matches! Either way- yall won’t be disappointed to go here.. and they have KARAOKE :) .. it’s a locked gate- key card to get in.. that’s nice. No late arrivals. That’s nice too..
The “resort” is ran by the snowbirds that have no knowledge of the inter workings of the resort. They vote in more COA fees to pay the staff that relies on the day workers that don’t get paid. The owner plays politics with our money. He lives in Colorado and shows up once a year. Don’t patronize this place. They love your money, but don’t care about the residence.
Like I said the snowbirds voted in your COA increase. Don’t tell me you strive for great customer service when the “board” is ran by the owner (absentee owner).
The resort enforces the rules they feel like enforcing and plays favorites. The place is way too political. Why are there so many lots for sale there? Humm makes you wonder.
Weekly, the lawn service blows wet grass on the coaches. Complaining does no good because the office doesn't even call back. Leave a message. This has gone on for several years...same lawn service that does not speak english. The guests are referenced as "renters"....the pool was closed for repair repeatedly when we stayed for 4 months this year. Next year we will find other accommodations. I have never given a billing for the monthly charge to our credit card. Other resorts send a receipt. Also, the people who own properties and live there are always sneaking around taking pictures and reporting people for infractions. Our neighbor was always being reported by the lady with every yard ornament known to man. They all fight among each other....the owners have signs telling the lawn service to keep out....No fun there.
Bella Terra is a beautiful motorcoach Community, not a resort. Landscape is beautiful and well maintained. If you are looking for seclusion and quiet time, this is the place. It is centrally situated with everything you need within 10 miles, including the beach. There are no pickleball courts and the pool is not heated. There are no amenities.
Unfortunately, the people who own there have a definite attitude towards renters. We were ignored by most even when we tried to initiate conversations.
The owner of the site we were supposed to rent from at the last minute had an “emergency “ and they called 5 days before our arrival to change our site. Classic bait and switch process. Our site was to have an outdoor kitchen, casita, and firepit and outdoor seating. Although we were provided that, we were not able to use the casita, the outdoor lighting for the kitchen did not work, and the grill was so filthy and rusted it was unusable. When we complained they told us that they hadn’t had time to clean the site. They came and took the grill apart and never fixed it. It had never been cleaned.
The site was also listed for sale and they wanted to show it while we were there. We declined. We had also had an arrangement with the original owner that he would give us a $150 credit towards electric. After checking out early, they charged my account for the electric used, making it necessary to call and get them to institute a refund.
We came with the intention of purchasing a lot but have since put this place on the back burner.

Bella Terra is absolutely amazing! My family and I stayed here for the first time this year but I can assure you it will not be the last! The staff, guests, location, amenities, safe and secure environment...I could just go on and on. This is where you want to be! The only thing I don't like is leaving. Thank you Bella Terra!
Just love Bella Terra RV Park. Have probably stayed here at least 10 times over the last 13 years. This last trip convinced me it was time to buy. There is no other park that I feel as comfortable as I do at Bella Terra. Everyone staff and guest are super friendly and helpful. It's a great place to get away and enjoy the quite while still being able to pop over to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach and enjoy the beach and activities.
Next level Class A resort. Large lots, quite and we'll manacured.
Make you wish or want to live this lifestyle! Had a great time. Nice and Roomy sites!
Iâve lived here for 3 years , and the park has not always been my favorite, however new managers took over about 2 months or so ago , and the park is a whole new place , itâs become an oasis rather than just an rv park, the facilities are well ma
Working out can be sometimes be very monotonous, but my experience at Strong Heart has been anything but that. All the coaches I've worked with are extremely knowledgable and have been essential in my growth. They continue to provide feedback and adv

I have been here twice now, and both times were amazing. The second time was with my Mom and sister. I ordered a to go and forgot about it 20 min after the fact. I started freaking out and knew it was about 15 min after closing. I was only 2 min away
