Super charming! We were passing through on our way up I5. Didn’t want a chain motel and we have a dog. This place was quiet and cozy in a beautiful setting. Looks like a great place for families in summer! Very nice owner! We would return a again!

This is like the best home away from home ever! Cottage/cabin feel with pristine landscaping and a beautiful pool and garden area to enjoy. Susan is fantastic and is so kind, not only to my family but all of the guests I saw her interact with. Works for one night but perfect for a longer stay when you can actually have time to enjoy the location! Looking forward to returning soon:)

We are staying in the area for an undetermined amount of time, so after having traveled 3000 miles to Oregon, we were looking for a budget friendly option. Well, it's not that easy finding something decent and inexpensive around here, but we checked out Bella Rosa anyway. It certainly doesn't qualify for being generally inexpensive, but comparatively for the area, it fit the bill (pun intended). ||Once we met Susan, the innkeeper, we were pretty much sold. She showed us the larger and smaller rooms, and we opted for the larger for the week. The room was clean and well loved and taken care of. It was comfy and cozy, and we slept really well the week that we stayed there. The place attracts cool people, so that was a bonus too (and thus, we felt safe AND welcome). Also, the place is really nicely landscaped - so overall, just a well loved place! Also, there is a dock that they own by the river across the street, and that is a nice place to chill :) ||The location is great! Really close to gas stations, a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, and Post Office! And about 10 minuted to Grants Pass, the larger town. ||We would definitely stay here again sometime :) Highly recommend.

This place is all about character and we loved it. It`s a great departure from the hotel chains. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are very decorated and kept very clean, always something to look at and enjoy. Rooms are simple and clean, with that homey retro feel. We enjoyed a great meal from Taqueria La Guacamaya, a local Mexican restaurant down the street. We wouldn`t hesitate to stay again.

I stayed at this little place, more than once, the owners are very sweet, you are only 1 mile from groceries, yet you are in a cozy country setting... I loved the kitchenettes, the inn is pet friendly, the dog run is very large and all fenced in... If you like to fish they have a private dock, just steps away, there is a pool, the owners make you feel like family, The thing that I loved the most is when you pull up to your room, it is all undercover, you can unload, in the pouring rain and not get your things wet. they have full cable tv, and good wifi, I don't usually do reviews, but this little place amazed me, J Love

This little inn, along side the Rogue River, is about as cute as it gets. It is not modern, nor fancy and spit polished, but the people are delightful. it is clean, well maintained and delightful. My little room has a kitchenette (only microwave, no stove), tiny bathroom and a bed. I am visiting during the worst heat wave they've had in ages, and the little wall AC unit has been working non-stop and without fail. Sleeping temp was perfect even though the AC ran all night. There is a little coffee maker and the owners leave you actual ground coffee. It is truly a cute little place and I wouldn't hesitate to come again. A little slice of old fashioned charm.

Room was clean for the most part. The facility is pet friendly and has a large dog yard. If you choose to stay for a week you get no room service or fresh linens. The room was cute but a bit dated. Some of the plugs were so old that the device plugged in would keep falling out of the wall. Room has a kitchenette which was quiet handy. The bathroom was large and stocked with plenty of those mini soaps and shampoos, My only complaint would be that the hot water seems to be shared between the units and room 2 did NOT have priority water so cold showers we not uncommon. All things considered I would stay here again if I had a bit more freedom to invite my friends/family over to eat dinner or spend time inside.
