Work there for two and a half years as a print tech. Turnover rate was astronomically through the roof, constantly micromanaging everyone. Was also constantly harassed by the HR personnel looking for a reason to terminate me. Stress level was so high that I developed shingles and was penalized because I had to stay home because of how contagious it was.

Been working here 1.5 years now and seen a lot of change for the positive. Pay increased and policies for attendance changed to be more helpful to contact center. Executives have made a lot of changes and removed roadblocks to the adoption of a new way of doing business. Company has seen a lot of new business and it's growing. Great time to join and grow if you have the right mind set.

Absolutely the worst employer I've been unfortunate enough to work for. Worked nights, weekends, and holidays for a year and was treated with absolutely no decency or respect. Truly a horrid company, hopefully if you're a prospective employee you'll read this and stay away.

While I worked with them I was never paid on time, or ever as supposedly a payment is on the way as of writing this. When I asked to be paid in a timely manner they cancelled my contract. The only thing they can do apparently is create a hostile, unprofessional and slightly threatening work environment.

A decent job for breaking into IT. Low pay for an IT job but not bad for someone with zero experience. It helped me get a better job so I'm grateful for that.
