The manager here is rude and a little off. She jumped out of her room running at me and my five year old son about the one way driveway. The parking is sparatic and there is no room to do a full circle, I was there simply to drop off a friend's child. This manager makes the motel worse than it looks on the out side. Her people skills are lacking as well as basic customer service.
Up until the Bell Motel, I had no idea Spokane had cockroaches! This is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at and should be condemned! How this establishment is still in business is beyond me! Broken windows, kicked in doors, walls that are merely 1/4 inch of sheetrock with no insulation and infested with cockroaches and mice!
Been here for almost a year. The rude lady has cleaned the place up and isn't rude at all. If you are dealing or using she can be rude to you. She will bend over backwards to help anyone. If you don't pay yes she can be rude. Any manager has to be rude to clean the place up.
I have been here a year now and if you mind your P's & Q's this is a great place, the people here have been my friends and family, we don't need a lot of drama. The management is great.
