Bell Motel - Motel in Lansing - 16047 Old U.S. 27 south, USA

Don't ever stay here. They give your name to police. They run the names of everybody that rents through them. They hand over your private information without any reasons. Don't have a warrant for anything. Because they will raid your room. I don't care if it's for a dog license. They violate your rights. Don't ever give these people your money. There's nothing that states when you rent the room that they can give up your private information to anybody. Police police police police police police police.

Dirty, drug infested. I feel the DeWitt police do warrant checks on 'The Bell's " sister motel " Green Acres". So, they might do it at ''The Bell''. Ive stayed at both for months. I was living there due to being low income, so I got stuck there unable to save money. They ran my name. They walk into the office and run ppls' names when they've got a room. They are absolutely filthy. There is zero housekeeping. There was human hair in every room I stayed in ( not mine). Urine around the toilets. Mice. I saw the mice, BTW. They're not rude, it's the lack of action/service. At least clean the rooms before you move someone in. It's far away from anything else except for a gas station, a dollar General, a shitty pub, and other scuzzy motels.

Now the reason for this is because the people are friendly. It's not far from where I work and if not working for Scott would love to work for them doing all the cleaning as long as they gave me a place to stay I left the room the way I entered it and I would hate to have them be shut down because there was food in the fridge that was not mine and the room was not even cleaned and the only thing that looked like they did was make the bed and when you are where I am at all you want to do is work and I don't mind housekeeping in fact I love it. They gave me the same comforter I had last time and I will not tell you why that is but it was the same one I had when I stay in room one so bedding must be getting changed regularly and I give them instructions not to bother me during my stay I am so happy for Bells motel for giving me a room my first night not turning me away over $5.

Presently surprised at how decent the room was. It wasnt horrible anyway. It was clean and the owner allowed my husband to give him $20 and let us take our time with checkout the next day, we ended up having lunch and not rushing right out without the added stress of having a deadline of when we had to leave. Would definitely recommend if your tight on funds, and we'll definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area.

Good people don't rush you out when check out not bad compared to the old management currently in room two no complaints

It's wasn't nice the curtain was held up by a rope and the microwave smelled like something died in it and fridge was not clean at all and bathroom was nasty. The table and back board of the bed was not stable, the paint and ceiling was halfway done, like they half fast it.

This motel is awesome! It is only $40 a night and includes air conditioning, a fridge and a microwave that all work. The motel keeper was very friendly and the room was very clean. Also the bed was very comfortable and soft. The only things wrong were that the TV had no signal and there was no internet connection, but overall very well worth the stay. Would stay here again!

Good customer service. Beat up looking but you get what you pay for lol. Very comfy bed and nice tv+cable in par with 3starr hotels. Has mini fridge and microwave. very close to the road so kinda loud during the day, luckily dies of during the night. Would sleep here again. If you need a comfy bed at great prices for a night I’d recommend this place.
