Bell Ashburn Farms is a very beautiful place for families. The apartments are spacious and modern. I enjoyed the support and prompt responses by the leasing office staff. I would like to point out one Angel Martins who is an awesome Angel for sure; sent from heaven you can say that. Angel helped me start my leasing journey successfully, she also guided me through thoroughly when I had to move out. In a scale of 10, she scores 10 in every aspect one would expect from a leasing officer. Continue your good work. Cheers.

When scheduling a tour online, the choices are in person or self-guided. We scheduled an in person tour at a specific time. In the days prior, they sent multiple texts and emails even after we confirmed. We arrived at our scheduled appt time and were first in a line of 4+ people. Yet we waited while she helped people behind us. About 20 min after our scheduled time, we were invited into the office. The agent did not introduce herself and was not very friendly. She told us they only offer self-guided tours and their website was not updated. We were interrupted by a frantic tenant who said water was pouring into her apartment from the unit above her. She said water was everywhere and they would need a place to stay while it was being cleaned up. The agent told her they could stay in a vacant unit. The tenant asked how that was feasible in an unfurnished unit. The agent seemed very unsympathetic and said that’s the policy. The tenant said they needed to be put up in a hotel. If this is how Bell treats potential and current tenants, no thank you! Very poor service.

Angel is one of the best leasing agents I've came across thus far. I've been apartment shopping for the last past month and came across Bell Ashburn apartments online shopping. When I came in I was greeted with a nice warm welcoming smile by Angel. She was very polite. And her manurisms really made me want to choose this apartment to call home for now. I give her five stars all around the board. From beginning till the end of my short visit, she made absolutely pleasant.

The area is very intriguing to the eye The office is clean and smells amazing The wait time wasn’t long Angel helped me right away with what I needed Angel appearance is well kept , communication is outstanding , and professionalism is top tier Angel got me in and out I will definitely recommend this place as a safe and well kept place to stay Gym and pool is clean Enough space for dog walks

My family and I have been here 2.5 years and enjoyed every bit of it. The amenities are great, the community is family-oriented, and the staff are super friendly. I would be remiss not to mention the level of attention of the maintenance crew at this complex, specifically Inmar. He and his team have been readily available anytime we’ve had a maintenance request. Anyone looking to rent in Ashburn, this is the place to go!

Julio and Mulu have always been so kind and extremely helpful when I’ve placed a work order for repairs. It’s nice to see that, not only are they good at what they do, but that they show a real caring and kind attitude towards the tenants at the apartments. Thank you for having exceptional employees in your maintenance department !

Good overall experience at this complex. Pros: Good for families and pets. Clean environment and the trash bultler sevice is convenient. Allan in maintenance and all the team are great and always helpful when issues arise. Service is fast! Cons: Very Thin walls and you can hear your neighbors walking, talking and moving about their unit quite loudly also issues with loud music periodically.

This is one of the worst apartment communities I have ever lived in. Everything seems to be good in the beginning, however the constant rate increases every year with no warning, has been very frustrating, upgrades that were not finished however you still pay the price. When we tried to move out gave 30 day notice, we were sent our move out date. Packed up moved out and turned in keys. Then was emailed a second move out date charging an insane amount to get out of lease. Tried to work with Jose and Angel at premises received nothing but a bad attitude in person. Then tried to call the main phones to talk to someone, could not get anyone to answer the lines could not even leave a message. The Worst customer service ever experienced.!!! I would find another place to live....Run!! hope this is helpful for someone. pray this doesn't happen to you.
