Honestly this place is very nice, kind of feels like you're visiting like a relative you only see once in awhile. I visited a lot of different hotels and motels in this has to be one of the the cleanest. Very sweet and caring people who own the Motel. If you just got into town and you're looking for something ASAP definitely call here and see if there's any availability I'm like super OCD about everything and I was comfortable it's very clean here .

I called to try to make a reservation I'd like to know who the owners are to talk to them. I asked for a 2 bed and advised whoever answered today may 23,2023 at 3:30 pm that I have a service animal. As soon as I said that the man immediately said he had no rooms available and that they only had 4 rooms that allowed pets. Number 1. She is NOT a pet, she is a trained medical device used for my husband's heart condition! 2. I have tried calling back and whoever is at the front desk keeps hanging up. How aweful. The first offense for that is a hefty fine.

Well. I have been to Spokane a few times and this was my first time staying at Bel-Air 7. Staying at BA7 was a great experience. Room was cleaner than others.Owner was very friendly. the main thing i am scared is the bed. Bed was fresh and clean. I wish i could give 6-stars. I will definitely stay again in the future

Great little motel! Reasonable rates! The owners are amazing and very welcoming. The rooms are good size with very comfortable beds. Close to downtown. Very quiet. They have a washer and dryer on site for convenience. I am so grateful they had an opening when we needed a room.

Sally and Scott are amazing motel owners ,they are always friendly and helpful. my husband and I have been here for about a month as it's been a struggle to find adorable rentals here in Spokane. Everything in our room is new and in amazing shape the rooms are always kept clean and the linen, pillows towels and amenities are amazing quality and the pictures match the actual rooms. All in all for the weekly rates this is the best little motel I've ever been lucky enough to stay in. There's never any issues with the other guest everyone is very respectful to each other and I just couldn't say enough about this place I am greatful we found it and was able to get a room as they rent out quickly. I'd recommend any of my friends and family to stay here . Also the cable and internet are the best I've experienced in a motel.

By far the best place to stay at a Motel. The money you save is out of this world. Very clean rooms, and stay at sight owners. They have barbecues for there client's, and treat you like family, not a customer. You can't get better service from the Davenport chain's. When you stay here its personal one on one with the owner's. Trust me there are no dirty rooms or bed bugs, Just great owners and great people. But please don't take my word for it, just stay here and find out for yourself.
