Best mattress buying experience ever! What a pleasure to not feel hustled or sold something that was just OK. Darby took the time to show us the differences between styles and ran us thru a scanner that plotted out exactly what suited us perfectly! Besides just being a really nice guy, Darby was a delight to work with. If he is still there 10 years from now when the warranty runs out, we will be back to buy another one from him.

Update 11-18-23: Wanted to update this review as Jason got in touch with me immediately after posting my comment below. He made everything right and found me a mattress that we both hope will work out much better for me. Truly appreciate the level of customer service BedMart strives for to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. Thank you! Nov 5: Editing this review as I was not happy with my purchase halfway through the 4 month trial period and went to the store twice to seek alternatives and let Jason know the mattress was causing me lots of lower back pain. I was told to wait for a new shipment of mattresses that were going to be updated (of course costing me the difference of what I had already paid). Never received call and tried following up but no answer. Previous post: June 1: Had a great experience at Bed Mart! Jason greeted us and showed us to their mattress profile bed that was able to determine what mattress would best suit my needs and body type. Jason not only provided excellent customer service but was also very informative and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Bedmart offers free delivery and excellent financing options. Can’t wait to sleep on my new bed and get a great nights sleep!

Had a great experience buying my first mattress at BedMart Kapolei. Darby provided excellent customer service and guidance that helped me choose the mattress for me. They had great deals and free delivery which made it very easy and hassle-free.

If you live on the island you know it can be a pain shopping for furniture, and mattress, finding the right size stuff to match up with other furniture pieces etc, and how expensive everything is and waiting on long shipping for the items that you want. Me and my wife went to three stores and this was our last stop for the day and they had a King size bed they are so hard to fine here on the island not sure why. But we had spoken to Jason he was nice and polite and very informative with our purchase set us up with delivery and remove of our old bed. And last but not least they were the cheapest stop out of all the other places that we went to i would highly recommend check this place out when time comes to replace your mattress and bedding. WORST mattress I have ever had. It absolutely kills my lower back, I wake up everyday with back pain from it. I tried to return it TWICE and both times they told me i just needed to "wait it out" Now I'm stuck with a mattress that I've been making payments on for an ENTIRE YEAR and still owe another YEAR of payments. I'm going to have to give it away and will be paying $200 a month for it for 1 more year. $5,000 DOWN THE DRAIN. JUST DON'T. Go to Costco, get a mattress for $500, and if it's terrible, they will let you return it NO HASSLE.

Keith was a great help to me and my boyfriend. Upon entering the store, he treated us with respect and answered every question we had. I appreciate him not pushing us to purchase something on the spot, and giving us a lot of flexibility on delivery date and cancellation should we decide we don't want it anymore. Delivery was quick and much appreciation to the guys who brought our king size mattress into the house! Mahalo!

Rita was paramount in my mattress selection. She greeted as i walked in, i gave her a description of what i was looking for and she showed me an array of mattresses from high end to budget friendly. She was very knowledgeable on the quality of the different mattresses and their in stock inventory. I picked a mattress and im happy with the choice thanks to Rita.
