Becklin Homestead County Park/Wildlife Management Area - Park in Cambridge - 34605 Holly St NW, USA

Beautiful little wildlife management park area! There are a couple small walk paths along the Rum River that follow along the shoreline through a nestle of trees and end up going through a gorgeous natural wildflower are that is just breathtaking at any time of the year. They have a really nice Pavillion area for grilling equipped with picnic tables, trash cans, and even an old fashioned well pump that actually works! There is also nice little playground area for the kiddos to play at. There is a small, gravel public boat launch area, and a gravel lot that will hold about 12 vehicles. They also have a Biffy or two.

Beautiful park! Nice access to the river, pretty views, and a couple miles of trails.

A nice, easy walk through white pines, along the Rum River. Frogs were singing. Very peaceful and relaxing.

It is a really pretty area. I wish there were more spots along the river to stop at besides the boat launch area. The grass is starting to get a little long again on the walking trails. Also the mosquitoes and ticks are absolutely awful if you don't have any bug spray on. Make sure you douse yourself before you go! Otherwise I bet if you go kayaking or canoeing is absolutely beautiful. Looks like a good fishing area

Very small playground area. Lots of bugs (horse/deerflies and mosquito's) but beautiful hiking opportunities, river access and outlooks, boat/canoe launch, picnic area. Lovely really, but for older children and adults more so than the little ones.

Really great, smaller county park. Has covered pavilion w/ grill and small playset, along with river access. Nice walking trails and eagles nest view.
