Purchased the upgrade kit for our M&S Intercom system and was impressed with every aspect of the transaction. BEC has great products and prices. More importantly, the service was outstanding and the sales rep Alex was fantastic. He took the time to listen and help me design a plan to replace my old intercom system with a modern unit that is a compatible fit. When I had a technical question, they helped me get in touch with a technician that answered my question quickly. Now I can install my new unit with confidence!

I contacted BEC to help me select the right intercom replacement system for our 1980’s eyesore M&S system that came with our house. The sales person was friendly and thourough. He answered all my questions and helped me to select the right retrofit products. It was all done over email, which is convenient since I ended up having to send a picture of the unit because it was so old and I didn’t have the model number available. The prices are excellent. Shipping was fast, going out the day our payment arrived and delivered within 3 days, and it was packaged very well. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great customer service. Would have like a little more technical help (on the website or phone after hours) for reassurance when I was doing the install but it went well according to what they had explained. If you are upgrading an old system it does work if you are sure to purchase the correct kit and the reps will help. Updating the system with the existing wiring worked great and the quality of sound for the doorbell and intercom system is much better.

Great customer Service; Alex provided written quotes on two models as well as packaged deals. He explained reviews & provided a thorough comparison based on reliability & features. We weren’t quite ready to purchase (in May) & Alex gave contact info in case we had questions. Then, In mid August, I sent an email to Alex to see if the quote was still current. I was advised of a special that included a discount on previous quote plus free WiFi option. Installation instructions we provided again w/ updated quote reflecting discount & added free options. I paid for the product & it was delivered within 3 days. WOW. Flawless transaction & immediate product delivery. It was a good experience from start to finish. Mike in customer service, worked with me on exactly what I needed. I placed my order with him and it was delivered two days later. Very good instructions were provided for the retro installation. I had one problem where the door bell wasn’t working once I finished the installation. Called the customer service support team. Alexander walked me through the possible fixes? I had one connection wrong, changed it and it works great now. I highly recommend Intrasonic Technology and if I ever need another system, would definitely use them.

Absolutely incredible customer service and products. Karen was such a pleasure to deal with - don't waste your time looking anywhere else - this company has customer service perfected. We purchased a retro intercom system to replace an old system. The product arrived in perfect condition, excellent packaging and easy to follow instructions. We called technical support with a question after hours, left a message, and first thing the following morning - they returned the call.
