This place is great for all ages.Mine and wash your very own gemstones fossils and Arrowheads.Bags range from $10-30-and $50. You can ride a lifelike dinosaur (See pics and videos) . Give these folks some business and Support a local Community . Dinosaur Rideis like $6 but definitely a must for the kids. I give this place 4-stars

Costly but good. The big raw amethyst in the bag was not as good as the photos on their website, but still it was a cool quick stop on our adventures! I won't be keeping the amethyst though. I didn't feel it was right to complain for some reason! :) Staff was amazing though, great customer service! I do recommend this stop!

Fun place for all ages. We didn't bring it up to our kids ages 12 and 17 because we figured they would be too big, but rehy found it when looking for things to do and wanted to go. Turns out it's fun for all ages. Even the grownups had fun.

We had a great experience ! Kids loves shifting for their gems ! Employee lexi was very sweet and informative you can tell she enjoys working there ! Nice to see happy employees spreads positivity on a super hot day !

The mining was great fun for the kids, you can spend 1-2hrs here if you do the mining and take your time. The black smith was a great touch and he made a couple of little swords out of nails for the kids. Great time!

We had so much fun at Beavers Bend Mining company. The kids loved their gems they got from the mining part of it, they loved climbing on the pirate ship playground, they had a blast playing putt putt golf and the older kiddo on the trip loved the dino dig. All 3 of the kiddos also loved making their wax hands. There are lots of fun things to do, a cute little gift shop and lots of little places to take pictures. Definitely recommend stopping here. It won't take more than about 3 hours tops so it won't be an all day thing but definitely lots of fun for all ages.

Great place for kids to mine for fossils, arrowheads, and gemstones. But, they also have a dino dig area and Pirate's Cove play area. Inside the gift shop, they also do wax hands. There's a petting zoo nearby. My kids enjoyed sifting for fossils and arrowheads. They give you a bag full of dirt that contains the fossils and arrowheads mixed in. The kids put them in the sifting box and dip it in the running water to get the good stuff out. They provide bags to take home their findings. The kids are guaranteed to find something good.

Great activity for the family! We got each kid their own 3lb bag and they loved looking for gems. The staff even showed them how to do it. Highly recommend.
