Stayed at the Westin in Avon and and took the paved trail 2.7 miles to Beaver Creek Village. It’s cute as a button with lots of boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Everythingin Beaver cteek is beautifuland the atmosphereis peaceful as a mountain retreat
My wife and I came in to visit the village. There are many shops and places to eat. Overall it was an enjoyable time at the village. All the shop owners were friendly and it was a fun atmosphere. If you are ever in the area I recommend you stop in for a few hours.
This is probably my favorite ski village in all of the US. Lots of great shops, hotels, and restaurants in Beaver Creek Village as well as tons of activities. The ice skating rink is very nice and always full and there is lots of seating to watch all of the activities. Really is a special place.
Easy to find your way around, plenty of ambassadors to provide direction and recommendations. The gondola and chair lift are right at the top of the stairs. Plenty of apres ski options right off the mountain, you don't have to walk far. If you can stick around to the end of the ski day, fresh chocolate chip cookies wait at the base, yummy!
A beautiful lake where people have a lot of activities like fishing, boating, and picnics. It is definitely a great walk around the lake; not likely to get any fish there.
Definitely worth a drive and walk around. You can kill an hour or two without spending any money (a rarity in this valley). Not nearly as many options as vail or aspen, but still really nice.
Little smaller than other ski villages but I enjoy it being less crowded, in my opinion is the best in the zone.
