Beaver Brook - Spray Deck & Playground - Park in Belmont - 621 Trapelo Rd, USA

The place is beautiful and very fun. It is good for people with and without disabilities. Only downfall of this place is the bathroom doesn't open when it says it does. It's been about 20 or so minutes and it's still not open since the sine said it would open but the bathroom itself is decent. Would be five stars but the bathroom is a lie.

Such a gorgeous park! There is large spray deck and playground. Behind the playground, there is a bridge that cuts through a creek. Children love playing there, and catching and releasing crayfish. There are also plenty to trails to stroll. Definitely will be back!

This is my daughter and I's FAVORITE park! I first began taking her here when she was a baby and I, a new mother. I would put her in her stroller and we would take our time walking down the asphalt path which surrounds the main park. It is an easy walk through and it has some breathtaking scenes. This path takes you through areas of shade from the large trees above, bright open green meadows, and over a bridge with a roaring waterfall below. As you pass through, some of the trees have signs on them, giving you a little knowledge and history of their different types. There are plenty of benches along the way in case you want to sit down and take a break. Maybe read a book and soak in this beautiful reservation. I love how small I feel when I walk through this trail. It feels almost like a secret forest where I can hide from the busy world. Nature is such a beautiful thing. There is also a tennis court and a designated area for dogs that can be off-leash (below the playground). In the main area of the park, there are two separate playgrounds side by side. One is for bigger kids and one is for smaller kids. The ground is soft which gives me one less scrape to worry about when my daughter is running around and climbing on the structures (which has been newly renovated). It has every piece of equipment that kids love to play on. They even have a splash pad with sprinklers that turn on in the summer time. There is an area which has several large picnic tables all of which are covered by a roof for shade. There is something for everybody here at Beaver Brook Reservation. Whether you are looking to go for a walk/jog, bike ride, or for a family day outside with your loved ones. This is also a GREAT place to host a kids birthday party (we have attended several here and all have been a blast). There is a restroom area which has always been clean when I've gone in. There is a designated parking area on Waverly Oaks Road but also plenty more spots on Trapelo Road which is closer to the playground area. It is quite a large area if you aren't familiar with it. Good spray park. The downside to me is the parking lot - it is on street, and spots are limited - and these rocks placed in the kids area it’s a bit dangerous. Otherwise, a great place for picnic or birthday celebration.

I love the color of the play ground here. There are plenty of options. The spray deck is unique with stones. And then it has plenty of walk area at the back. The best part is the benches under the shade that provides picnic or party spots. Lots of birthday celebrations were going on there. I hate that restrooms are mostly closed there.

This is an excellent spray park. It's got a lot of shade, there's parking nearby (just a couple spots on the street but there's a sizeable lot connected by the park). The water features are not fancy - they leave a lot for the kids imagination! Which is better in my view. It's big, and has a playground structure. The beaver Brook park is nice for a walk and picnic. There's a shelter with up to 10 tables, and a couple more tables in the tree shade. It gets crowded on hot days! But it's big so there's always room.

Lovely quiet park to take children and dogs to! The playground is fabulous and has a wonderful water pad for little ones and older ones as well. Few steps away there is a small water stream and loads of huge trees where you can set under the shade and kids have fun around. You also can fly a drone, kite or just have a good run around the park! There’s a toilet next to the playground and a changing table for little ones as well.

Fun playground with areas for toddlers and older kids. Big splash pad. Several picnic tables. A trail leads down to Beaver Creek, which flows quickly but is shallow (just a few inches of water). The creek is lovely but the color of the water does not look like it's okay for little kids to splash around in. By the creek, there is a large grassy area with trees that looks great for picnicking. It was not too crowded on a Saturday late morning.
