The price for a floor stand hood hair dryer was cheaper than 3 other beauty supply stores. The customer service was also excellent. He opened the box & checked to make sure everything was ok. Carried it to my car.

Horrible customer service They follow you all over the store The look you up and down and speak in their native language after speaking to you in English. They wave you on like cattle to hurry up to be next in line.
