Beau Rivage Motel - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 54 E Grand Ave, USA

Thank you very much to this hotel that made my vacation wonderful! Very nice, polite hotel management that responds to all your requests! The hotel is very clean, every day housekeeping was asking us if we needed anything, cleaned our room. Great pool. Thank you!

Amazing staff. Clean pool and spa. Great location. Decent rooms our bed was a bit stiff and really squeaky but that was really the only "downside" besides the very tight parking but we will definitely be staying again in the future.

I stayed here for a few years now.The beach is right across the street.. however i think they do have some rooms on the beach side. I love the jacuzzi rooms. They also have an outdoor pool and a hot tub/sauna outside too! Very close walk to all the bars, restaurants, pier area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite places to stay in OOB! The only downside... is there is a train on this side of the road behind the motel that you hear in the middle of the night.. it might wake you up.. but that is totally out of their control..

Excellent location, very clean rooms. Front desk staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again! I enjoyed being able to walk right to the pier within minutes. If you have any problems booking online you can easily call the hotel directly

Updating my review from last June, went again with friends/family, everything posted on my last review still stands, we all had a fantastic time, great communication, service, amenities and staff! We all had a blast and are already ready to book for next June, so relaxing, all of the other guest were also very nice (we can be obnoxiously loud at times but never had any issues. Room was updated and the A/C is ice cold but you don’t really need it with the breeze! Met up with Tong and he always has time to sit and chat, gave us some more info on local eateries,if you go you need to try Ocean Jade kitchen, they are new, like 4 days ago new so they aren’t on TripAdvisor yet, but I left them a review on google. Food and drinks were on point! Definitely some of the best Chinese food I have had, but this review is for the Beau Rivage. If you’ve never been you should go! The value for your money and location can’t be beat! Steps from the beach!

Super beau séjour au motel. Belle accueil en français!!! Nous avions un problème avec notre futon et le proprio est venu lui même nous aider, excellent service! Le motel est à distance de marche de tous le attraction , plage , manèges, arcades etc. Super avec des enfants. Petit resto chinois juste en face excellent qui appartient à l’hôtel ! J’y retournerais demain matin sans hésiter.🙂

Second time staying with them. Rooms are always clean, the staff is incredible and attentive. The hot tub is such a nice treat to end a long day.

Great location, cozy & clean. Whole staff is amazing! Marie at the front desk especially! Welcoming and kind. Made my overall experience that much better.
