I have been attending this gym for the past 10 years. As a busy working mom in my 40's it has been the best way to stay strong and active. There is a great balance between weight training and cardio and you can decide how to adapt each workout to fit your goals and fitness level. Everyone loves Bear Fitness! The coaches are amazing and the classes are small enough that coaches are able to give 1:1 attention when needed. Everyone here is kind and welcoming. I came in with no CrossFit (& hardly any gym) experience and have been here for 1.5 years now. I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been!

I’m so thankful for BearFitness! I joined the gym with no CrossFit experience and was looking for an opportunity to challenge myself in my workouts. BearFitness has given me the confidence to push myself with the help of amazing coaches & community! BearFitness is an excellent gym. The facilities are great, the workouts are applicable to all fitness levels, and it is a good community. It is fun to workout with other classmates and push each other. I would highly recommend BearFitness.

Easily the best gym I’ve ever belonged to! The community is great and so supportive of all fitness levels. The coaches are awesome, and the workouts are challenging but fun. It’s easy to stay committed because of the people and the programming. The classes are different and changing every day, so it never gets stale. I’ve been going for a little over a year and have seen major differences in my body composition, strength, and ability. When I started I knew very little about weight training, the coaches and group support have changed all of that and I’m now in the best shape of my life. I have never felt better, and this is easily the best part of my day. Bear Fitness makes working out consistently a breeze!

I've been a member since May 2021 and love working out at this gym! The first year I learned that "scaling is cool", weightlifting is great (didn't have barbell experience), and cross training really helps with other life activities like half marathons, rock climbing, general fitness, & acceptable caloric intake. The second year I challenged myself to get stronger and faster. And now in year 3, my coaches are encouraging me to work on more challenging movements and helping me improve my technique. They truely want you to "get better" every day and meet you where you are at. The best part about this gym is the community membership - from social outings to workout encouragement, this group of people is what makes the gym home.
