Delectable! Came here for brunch and was excited to try out this John Howie restaurant. So bummed we didn't find this gem sooner. It's a casual dress code place with upscale taste. The food quality was like that of something I would expect to get at any other upscale brunch place. The beignets were delicious, although I failed to get a picture because we devoured them too quickly. The marionberry jam was the perfect addition to the 4 fluffy and crispy beignets. The smash burger was so juicy without being greasy. Tasted like an bougie in n out burger. The chilaquiles....i'm Mexican and let me tell you...my people were cooking it up in the kitchen and killed it with this dish! (You can see them cooking it as you walk toward the dining area). Tasted like the ones my aunt in Mexico makes me when I visit. TRY THE CHORIZO with them - it's a home-made chorizo that tastes just like the one I have in Mexico. I already booked us for a brunch post Thanksgiving Day to bring my mom and give her a little reminder of back home. I got their blood orange margarita - definitely tastes like the one I had at John Howie's original restaurant. It's got such a range of flavors that taste delicious to the very bottom of the glass. The blood orange slice served with it was 🫶🏽. Like mocktails? Their "ginnocence" passion mojito drink tasted like the real one with alcohol, except it obviously was non-alcoholic. 10/10 recommend!

Beardslee is great. I travel to Seattle frequently for work, and this is always one of the stops. The steak salad is solid, and in the one pictured, I swapped out the usual dressing for their parmasean vinaigrette that they have for the chop salad, I believe. The fajita wings are fantastic as well, and the lime ranch that comes with it is something special! Can't wait for my next trip back!

Great spot in Bothell. Walkable for UW Bothell students. Good beer selection. Really great customer service! There was an issue with my child's meal and the manager, David came to our table took care of it. Thank you!! Great experience and will be back.

Today, was definitely the best service and food we have had here. It feels like Beardslee Public House finally found their stride! We've frequented here every so often over the years and it was a rough start for this restaurant a few years back-- so hit or miss. Today though the food was excellent, drinks were great, and the service was superb. They really met the mark. The vegetarian appetizer options were delicious-- we ended up just going with apps today. Everything was so good. Our server in the bar area was friendly and prompt. The drinks were all great. This was almost a full five star review. Their appetizer menu and drink menu is definitely a stronger point. Enjoy!

Beardslee Public House is a brewery and restaurant in one right off the highway. Parking is sometimes tough here as it's inside of a shopping center. They have a lot of tables, both in the front and back, plus at the bar itself. The service is amazing, super friendly and quick with everything. The food was a mix - the pretzel and honey butter was amazing, cauliflower was a bit disappointing and soggy, the smashburger was bits of ground beef that was about 1/3 of the bun, the pizza was undercooked and they gave us marinara sauce for the fries instead of ketchup. Overall though their food is not their strong suit, so if that got fixed we'd come here a lot. Their drink selection is solid, and happy hour is good prices.

I can't speak highly enough about this place, the drinks were amazing, the food was on point and the service was top notch. We started the sample platter and it was a good indicator of what was to come with our burger. They are upfront about why they have a 20% service charge on the bill and what it is for, it really shows that they treat their employees well by the service we received. We will definitely be back again.

Beardsley is a great place to go with a group because it is large and spacious. as with all large restaurants, it is quite loud. The food is excellent and the service wonderful. We hung out in the bar until our party arrived and it was very pleasant and we were informed when our party arrived. I had the steak salad. The steak on the salad was very good although the balsamic salad dressing could be more tangy. The fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green bean meal is wonderfulyl crispy and hearty. I love the deviled eggs in the appetizer list! They also have great drinks from the bar. Something to be aware of is that there is an automatic twenty percent service charge which goes to all the staff . There's still a tip line. It is also pretty expensive. I spent over two hundred dollars for 2 appetizers, 3 entrees, and about 6 drinks.

Delicious food, quality service, casual and relaxed atmosphere. The crispy quinoa cake is a must, it is amazing. A perfect appetizer! They have nice beers, I strongly recommend Yellow Belly Wheat. Another good point: I haven't had to wait to be seated inside (they have seats on patio but it was closed)
