Bear Springs Hotel - Hotel in Highland - 27959 Highland Ave, USA

The room was nice and customer service was very friendly. The only issue was that people were partying all night in all directions loudly. (I didn't complain because I didn't want to stop people from enjoying their time there.) It was hard to sleep, though, because of that. Other than that, this hotel was great. The shuttle to Yaamava leaves every 30 minutes. I didn't get to check out the spa area, but I will next time.

This Hotel is a hidden gem!!! We stayed there for 2 nights, my wife and I, to attend a show at Yaamava'. The Hotel is clean and quite. The Staff from the reception to housekeeping are so professional, friendly, helpful and kind. We ordered food twice to the room from the Bistro: it was surprisingly good and very delicious! |The complimentary shuttle to and from Yaamava' Casino runs 24/7 reliably and conveniently. |They had awesome live music by the bar which has such a cozy environment. But the highlight of our stay was the AMAZING service provided by the best and kindest Bartenders you'd ever meet: Don and Robin!! Top notch service, delicious drinks and such kindness that we felt right at home. My wife and I would be DEFINITELY coming back for date nights at the Bistro Bar. Thank you so very much once again Robin and Don for making our stay so memorable and heartwarming!!

One of the best restaurants in the IE. great food, beautiful and clean dining room, great experience. I enjoy going to the bar on Friday and Saturday nights. They have great live music and the drinks are great. Always an enjoyable evening. Great staff!

Would stay ( freeway during the day ,too much noise quite at night 🌙). Again, nice big rooms, bed was wonderful , coffee maker, refrigerator in room . Asked if they had robes in room 😒 No ! But after being in my room, 20 minutes, later I received a warm soft robe ☆☆☆☆☆ to use . Check in was fast , young man at Check in so nice & helpful 👍 , everyone there made our stay great

Stayed here on comp from YAAMAVA, a free shuttle is served every 30 minutes 24/7 to the 🎰 but we still decided to drive to avoid waiting for shuttle just 8mins away. The rooms are nicer than expected but we got a room on the side of 330 highway so it's a bit noisy with cars passing by. But location is pretty good a good pit stop to Big Bear or other IE Destinations. Walmart is across the street if you need anything last minute. My only disappointment was the low shower water pressure🚿 other than that it is the best choice to stay at if going to casino 🎰 with a child <21 years old.

Great stay! Only used it to sleep in. They upgraded me on the last night to a pretty huge suite which was fun. The restaurant was good. I only had eggs Benny there the one time. They had live music the one night which was fun. The lot it is in has a great Mexican restaurant and walking distance to other restaurants and stores if needed.

The room seemed very dated. The rug looked almost shag like. The bed was comfy but you can't sleep when they allow kids above you to run amuck in their room till 1 am. If kids aren't allowed at the casino, why are they allowed to stay at the hotel, knowing that the parents will have to leave them unattended. And you have no privacy as the dark out shades are fixed at an open position, and only the sheer curtains close. And why is it no hotel has a fan in the bathroom anymore? They got me checked in fast though so that was good. But seriously, only one entrance? So even if you park by the door closest to your room, you can't enter there, and have to go to the front office. Stupid.

Im writing this because I don't know who I need to talk too. I had the worst experience staying at the Bear Springs Hotel. I checked in November 1st at 3pm. The front desk lady checked me in. The problems started when I went to the room in 307. My fiance and I just had a busy day of traveling and we wanted to take a nap before we had to the casino to gamble. But we couldn't because the bed was dirty there was human hair on the pillows stain on the sheets and we as guest felt uncomfortable to sleep. So I called the front desk, she advised me that they would put me in a different room, I told them can you bring keys to the room because we had a bunch of luggage. They said sure no problem. 45 min went by and nothing so me and my fiance grab all our luggage and went to the front desk. The lady told me that I had to wait even longer because they had to "inspect the room". So what were they doing this whole time? Then we got the new room 309 and we wanted to nap but the pillows had stain on it. We called to get new pillows and asked for a manager to call us back. No one ever called. The next morning, I called the front desk again to speak to a manager and they said he will call me back in 5 mins...30 minutes later I had to call the front desk again. Asked for a Manger the front desk person told me that the manager was coming to the room. I asked him to call me because my fiance is not dressed and I'm just waking up. I get a call from the front desk and he tells me the manager is outside my door. I go to answer the door and I see the manager and also a security guard standing there. I have to say for hospitality and customer service skills this manager has none. He then felt to interrogate me about the situation and said that they didn't find anything in the room, wouldn't let me talk and I told him the experience I've had and he didn't want to hear it. He asked for the pillow with the stain and I showed him the stain. He said he will give me $20 food credit for the pillow and walked away... I will NEVER be staying on property anymore!!! This was horrible and the worst experience I've ever had. That manager should be fired!
