Perfect! The location is wonderful, close to the harbor, walking distance to pretty much everything. We ended up walking to the Safeway and subway near by and the street has a lot of food options. We were able to park our rv, and hook it up to sewer, electric and water and it all worked seamlessly. The owners are such sweet people! There is also a gift shop. The showers and bathrooms (6 or 8 of them I think) were very clean and comfortable. The wifi worked pretty well too. Other guests are explorative and talkative people so it's a nice way to meet others. The only thing to watch for is that there are a lot of busses at the best western so if you park on that side there might be more noise. They can make a lot of noise in the morning but that really can't be helped.
Not the best but far FAR from the worst. It's directly across the road from the boat dock, its in walking distance to everything ya need. The gentleman at the checkin has less personality than a snail climbing a frozen flag pole in January.
Cool place to stay and also in mid town . Have small gift shop .
Nice and pleasant place loved the owner very nice couple. God bless y'all
Great RV park when visiting Valdez. Clean well kept and right in town, easy walk to everywhere in town. Right on the harbor.
Friendly welcome, excellent wifi, a treat to have individual bathrooms and it is close to the harbour and dining options.
The campground is a very handy space when you're taking a tour in downtown Valdez. It's close to ice cream shops, to the Safeway and to the gas station. Centrally located to a walk along the waterfront boardwalk with all types of boats both recreational and commercial. A short distance from the ferry terminal as well.
Nice spot right in town. Big gravel lot. I imagine it's tight quarters during the busy summer months.
John helped us park our camper and set up our kiosk tent cover. He helped with some small repairs and made sure we had a full propane tank. The showers are immaculate. Nice laundry area too, reasonable fees. We will definitely come here again. W

Absolutely refreshing beers! I tried the berry white and the salted chocolate poter, my parents the Prop Wash Pilsner, and my husband the Full Stall. Not a single complain! They were all amazing! Highly recommend, especially after a li g day out in t
Went out for chickens due to windy weather, on the Lena Claire. Captain Will absolutely smashed it. He made the experience absolutely amazing. He knew how to read the water / currents and move us when needed to keep us on the fish. Definitely recomme
Amazing, definitely stop by. We saw a million salmon and sea lions were feasting away. Watch by the shore or you can also do a self-guided tour outside and watch videos and learn about the hatchery. Very cool experience. I came once in the early afte
This might make me less highbrow than a standard museum goer, but I like my museums with more of a fun and fascinating factor over historical detail. This place is brimming with wow moments but sometimes lacks heaps of background knowledge. The displ
Worth a visit! Yes, Valdez is an amazing outdoor destination. But the museum presents the history of the place and the resilience of the people there. Gold rush, earthquakes, tsunami, fishing, shIpping, oil, and just terrific displays of histo
Best hotel in Valdez with the newest modern rooms. Indoor pool is great for kids after a full day of travel. Contental breakfast is a perfect way to start the morning.
Definitely a nice spot in Valdez to eat. Hot and sour soup was tasty. Sushi was fresh and well made. Tongâs chicken portion was also generous and well made. Service was good. Menu pictures attached.
