First time being here. I ordered a hot specialty latte. It took her 20 seconds to make and it was clearly not fresh because it was so cold. First time probably ever I’ve had that happen at a coffee shop. Cute place and kind barista, but would really expect to get hot fresh coffee!
I'm all about supporting local but eight bucks for an iced coffee with barely any flavor, coffee or otherwise... Meh. The baristas were quick and polite though so no hate.
Very generic and eh. The coffee was alright, prices were higher than usual coffee shops. The retail had a good selection but again super high prices. The drinks were alright. Very watery. Customer service was also not good. The girl taking my order was short with us and rude. The girl that made my drink got it wrong and told me I ordered it wrong. Okay in a pinch but probably wouldn’t be back.
This place did really feel like a true barista store. Unlike Starbucks, this area was quiet but in a calm way. We didn't even have to ring a bell or anything, as soon as we walked in the lady heard us and immediately started to take our orders. When we said to give us a moment to look she had no problem doing so. After a short while I asked a question and she answered immediately and assured that I can create my own style. The taste of the coffee was a bit bitter, a little bit more sweetness and it would've been good. The price of the coffee is as expected, overpriced. But I had a good experience overall.

I have not had the coffee or any of their produce myself, but any time I have entered the shop, it has always been a nice, cozy experience. The employees always seem attentive when s customer enters the store.
Fantastic staff! Amazing selection of items and I am very taken with their ability to make coffee taste EXACTLY as the item described. I purchased an apple pie ala'mode and it honestly tasted incredible! I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants something better than the chain stores. Also, tea lovers; their tea is phenomenal! I used to be a teavana customer until they closed 😔 but I just had cinnamon orange tea. It is Fantastic.
