First time and we loved it, I had the Lobster Bisque soup and it was just delishhhhh wished it came with the crackers and I also had the Cross Country wrap (Chicken, guacamole, grilled and peppers, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream & lettuce on a spinach wrap) and OMG my mouth just danced with joy (It did take a lille longer to get our food). Now let's talk about inside, I love how they support local artist as they have their paintings displayed on their walls and you can purchase them right there on the spot. Plenty of seating (inside and out), very clean and loved their homemade lemonade. Will stop by again when we are up in Peekskill. There is street parking near by and lots and lots of great stores near by as well. Do check out the Third Eye Arts Studio and Gallery next door.
Beautiful place with great atmosphere and delicious food and coffee.
I took coffee in person and ordered online breakfast for 3 people.
My mom and I visited the Bean Runner Cafe during our first visit to Peekskill. The exterior of the building exuded small town charm. The interior was comfortable and inviting.
Our waitress was most pleasant! We both had waffles. We also enjoyed the sausage links and breakfast potatoes. My mom raved about the coffee, which we learned is freshly ground on site.
To top it off, my mom was able to get a Bean Runner mug as a souvenir from our trip!
We will definitely return and encourage you to enjoy the Bean Runner as well!
Beautiful art pieces for sale. Delicious wraps because the chicken is tender and moist full of flavor. The coffee is delicious. Try the carrot cake yum! Very friendly service and most importantly a very clean place to eat.
My to go place for breakfast or Brunch. The service is friendly and warm. They have a gallery up of local artists all of the time. I like to start my days off work with a hot cup of mocha when I visit A+++
Enjoyed a nice espresso while I waited for my panini. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. It wasn't busy when we went because it was later in the day but definitely a great location to enjoy brunch with some friends. Will be back!
I came here on a Friday night when they had live music playing. The live music was very good , but it was $15 a head to even stay. My group went in for coffee and to sit down late at night, not even to see live music so it was a little frustrating that we had to leave because we couldn't afford to watch the live music that we didn't come to see specifically. The coffee was very good, the cappuccino was a little burnt, but they remade it very well. Service was fast considering the amount of people they were serving. Coffee prices were very good, like 3.5 for a latte made right.
We went here today for lunch, not knowing what to expect. We were greeted at the door and took a seat. The service was quick and friendly. I had the Flatbush Jog, and my girlfriend had the Olympic Mile. She doesn't like garlic, and there was no problem leaving the garlic drizzle off.
The sandwiches were fresh and delicious!! The cole slaw was so good, o wanted to take a container home.
We finished with a slice of carrot cake that was moist and has the perfect amount of cream cheese frosting. I'm looking forward to going back. If you haven't been there yet, GO!!

Peekskill Public Bar and Grill is a blast! The atmosphere is as lively as a Friday night and the staff is as friendly as your favorite neighbor. The menu is a foodie's dream â each dish is a flavor explosion. Whether you're a burger buff or a salad
We went there in the afternoon, The temperature was a little bit high. So we did not get enough enthusiasm to explore all the area, sat under the tree and enjoyed the spectacular view from there.
I went to see Herman's Hermits.
Very entertaining and so much fun. We were in the upper mezzanine and had a great view.
Bar also sold water, and at least, NY Pretzels. The theater might even be an historic place, well kept.
Great range to train and shoot. Plenty of ranges for various calibers, pistols and rifles. Range instructors and staff are awesome. Plenty of parking and reasonable range fees.
We've been here many times & will continue to revisit. The food is flavorful, atmosphere is great, cocktails are lovely, service is very welcoming, and overall it's always an enjoyable experience.
