First time at this store location. Had a lot of clearance items and selection. Was greeted as I entered. Found everything I wanted.

Store is always neat and clean. I enjoy shopping each section because merchandise is always changing. You can consistently find great items. PS, Monday is senior discount day 😊

The store was very clean & organized. Sometimes I can't go into outlets because my OCD can cause me to get overwhelmed by the chaos. But I was able to browse through the sections & all the correct size in all the correct spots. (I know customers play the role, stuff in the wrong area) Large variety of brands and items. Got my daughter a carry-on for her trip. Has a hide-away handle with wheels & myself a couple shirts. I always find the oddest kitchen gadgets at a Burke's that I never knew I needed. And the ladies at the register were very nice & helpful when I needed something measured.

I like seeing the new stuff they get in each week.

The smell when I walked in this store hit me in the face. It smelled like a sewage pipe burst. I was in all the other stores in the same shopping center and none of them smelled like that. I was disappointed in the selection but couldn’t stay too long as the odor was just too much.

I was at this location yesterday and overheard 2 ladies gossiping about 2 workers then realized it was 2 workers doing inventory that was gossiping loudly about 2 Co workers..I let the lady checking me out about this issue and how unethical it was and that I did not feel the ones they were taking about would appreciate what they were saying.The lady that I told it to thanked me for telling her but acted like she didn't really care.

It was clean and the attendance were all very helpful. Further, it was fast, which is what I really wanted. It does seem to me that the selection is very limited compared to some stores, and many of the products rotate frequently. If I'm correct about that, you will not always be able to count on finding the items you saw the last time you were here. That's not necessarily bad as new items are brought in too. That just depends on what kind of store you're after.
