I would give them a zero star but that isn't an option. The workers who were sitting in the floor behind the register were very unprofessional. I will not shop at this business ever again!!

The store manager is a racist. So if you want to be discriminated against by all means shop at this sad excuse of an outlet. Who makes fun of their employees behind their backs I overheard this with my own ears. AWFUL. Terrible service from said store manager. Bealls should be ashamed of themselves for having such a person in that store.

I can always find something at Burke's that I need (or don't need, but want) for such an inexpensive price. Tonight I ended up getting a baby shower gift, a birthday gift, some undergarments and a shirt for myself for a total of $60. The employees were in a good mood and seemed to like being there. They were engaging with each other and with us, making us laugh. TL;DR Good store, good prices, nice employees.

I called from another Burke's outlet store looking for a specific sweatshirt that my child really liked.... The woman that answered the phones name was Ashley... I described the sweatshirt and she said I have no way of knowing if we have that.. I asked if there was no way of someone looking ( it has been hanging on the wall in two different stores?) .. and she said... I'm not gonna but you can see if someone else will for you .. and dropped the phone? I will NOT be back in that East Gadsden Alabama store and will drive out of my way to another one ! Some people should not be retail workers! She was extremely rude and her manager knew about it and did nothing.

Enjoy shopping here. Racks are NOT so jammed full that you cannot go through them. Helpful Staff Supercisor directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Roomy dressing rooms. Excellent value. Paid less for similar items found @T J Maxx & Ross.

Clean place. Good parking. Great employees. Not enough variety of sizes, colors, current styles. A bit pricey and a lot of clothing is flawed slightly. Now and then you come across delightful and unique finds but you must shop often and realllly look.
