One of the best hotel experiences! The hotel rooms are renovated with comfortable beds and plenty of space. |The hotel is on the most beautiful and clean beach with emerald water.||The staff all around was so friendly. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. The lobby and elevator were kept clean at all times. ||The on site restaurant was so convenient and good. The bartenders and servers were great. Food and drinks were good.

We had an amazing stay at Beal House, the staff is very kind, since we check in the lady in the front desk gave us the directions and some recommendations where to go and visit. The bartender was amazing!! And the waitress at the restaurant Remedy were very attentive, the food was really good, we recommend to order the floribama Benedict, they were delicious . We had daily housekeeping service and the housekeeper was very friendly and did a great job in our room! I will definitely come back and stay here.

My husband and I enjoyed our Labor Day weekend here. It was so relaxing. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were accommodating. Loved every second of it. The location right on the beach was picture perfect. I would highly recommend The Beal House!

Diamond member and I exclusively stay at Hilton Properties. The property was renovated in 2023 and is in great condition with very cute decor everywhere. ||Pros: ||- Hotel over and rooms are in great condition|- Restaurant serves amazing food and drinks at bargain prices. Try the tacos (steak and shrimp were delicious and the Passionita drinks was amazing!|- Great pool with enough lounge chairs and some pool floaties provided for you. |- Nice section of beach and you can pay to reserve chairs.|- Fluffy beach towels|- Rooms had plenty of drawers to unpack your stuff, great lighting, and furniture and decor were designed to be able to withstand being near the beach. I appreciated the vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet. |- Plenty of towel hooks and towel bars in the bathroom so you could hang up your swimsuit and towels.|- AC worked great and removed the humidity from the room with no problem. |- Internet worked flawlessly. ||Cons:|- The only thing I can think of is that it's in an area that is not very walkable. There are a few restaurants down the road, but overall there's not much to do other than lay on the beach unless you want to get in your car. ||Would absolutely stay here again and recommend without reservation to anyone! Families, couples or business trip.

Schickri was the most incredible bar tender I have ever experienced in my life. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home not to mention his incredible service! This man deserves a special shout out for his attentive customer service. We are from California and will be back just to visit him and have his amazing drinks!! Highly recommend!!!

This hotel was in a great location. Just outside of Destin, so not overcrowded and very close to a couple of state parks with amazing beaches. I love staying at a place where I can hang out at the beach for a bit, then finish my day in the pool. Service at the front desk and at the restaurant/bar was great, and the room was perfect.

This hotel was absolutely PERFECT! The staff was so kind and amazing. They were very attentive and did a great job at making sure that everything was up to par. We had an issue with a slight smell when you first walked it our room. They sent someone up right away to check it out, although they couldn't find out where it came from either. They did leave air freshener with us and it definitely helped. And they advised they were going to tear the room apart when we left to figure out the issue. We weren't concerned with switching rooms cause it wasn't completely unbearable and we needed a room close to the elevator. We also had an issue with the air not cooling properly but again, they sent someone up immediately and fixed the problem and even showed us that we had the settings wrong so it was causing issues for us. After that, we had no problems. They would send us a text to ask us how our stay was going and we even responded with our issues through that text. They were very attentive! I did have a situation where I needed their help with my toddler in telling her we couldn't crab hunt one night (we were super exhausted) and they even helped me out with that! Haha. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Plus, this hotel is right on the beach with its own access to the beach. They have a pool and they provide a community toy basket for the kids to use at the pool or beach if needed. The shower was perfect, a very decent size! And the water pressure was great. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were as well. The small kitchenette we had in our room had a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, tabletop stove, and dishes to cook with! I'm not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did. The restaurant at the hotel was good, food was decent although some of the waiters were not as hospitable as you would expect, but overall not bad. We will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future! This hotel was amazing and the staff honestly made the stay that much more enjoyable! We left today from a week stay here. The location is nice. The beach access is great. Everything else pretty much does downhill from there. The restaurant food isn’t very good. The dessert is the best part. We had a lot of issues with the hotel housekeeping. We would have to ask for the sheets to be changed even after the three days. Four times they didn’t come and clean at all even when there was no do not disturb on the door. We would have to call and ask them to come clean( sweep up the sand and bring towels) I have never had to complain about housekeeping anywhere I’ve stayed before. The housekeepers help saying there was a do not disturb in the door even tho there wasn’t so beware of this. This was the most frustrating part of our stay here. The AC also wouldn’t go below 70 so had to call on that a few times. This never changed while we were here. It is an older hotel that has been updated. It’s cute in the lobby. The rest of the hotel wasn’t what we were expecting. If the service had been better the other things wouldn't have mattered much to us. We were planning on coming back for another week in a couple of months but have decided to stay elsewhere as customer service is a big deal to us.
