For the most part living here has been great. Very affordable and have never had any problems with staff or neighbors. Damien, one of the maintenance staff lives in my building and has been great with any requests, last winter he would even wipe the snow off my windshield before I left for work. He really goes above and beyond :) my only complaint is that I pay for the highest internet package and it still kinda sucks

Jeff did his usual great job. Very impressed with the screen door. A couple of little things that needed adjustment. His work was superb and always have had good feedback on him. Good job, Jeff, and Thank You.

While my 1st year at this apartment complex felt noisy and unorganized this past 2nd year has been pleasant. Maintenance staff has a quick response time, Beacon Hill/Great Oak office staff have been friendly and professional. Have recommended to my friends who are looking for reasonable rent prices.

Damien is a superstar; The absolute best when it comes to maintenance work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He goes above and beyond any time he’s here to update or fix something and will even offer to fix things that aren’t on his agenda, but that he notices just aren’t quite right! Also, my dog Loki, adores him and that trust puts me at ease. If there was a way to request him every time, I would.

Damien is awesome! He gets 5⭐ he went above and beyond, he even replaced my blinds that had broken with out requesting that work. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cares about his job. Having someone who lives in the apartments and knows the issues it can have is great. He's also great with dogs, our lil mo loves him! I only give 4 stars to the complex because the overall issues I have had are a few too many and the units are pretty unkept. Our carpet needed to be replaced before we moved in, the tub was dirty and this wasnt even the unit i applied for or was shown. However, everyone's been pretty nice and the maintenance has been handled well despite how much has been needed. The grounds are kept up and maintained really well too. I feel safe, crime isnt really a thing in the neighborhood. A few neighbors who hate to abide by the rules but youll get that anywhere. Overall, not a long term complex but definitely havent hated living here. Prices are a bit high for how outdated these are though and to break the lease is unprecedentedly expensive.

I think overall management does an excellent job. Landscaping is always well maintained. Any issues I’ve had with problems in my apartment were dealt with quickly and professionally. My only complaint is the condition of some of the roads could be better

Damien did a very well job with the maintenance of my apartment, and he did very well with my dog who enjoyed being around him. I would definitely recommend having Damien do the maintenance in my apartment every single time, and he even went above and beyond and asked if I needed a new door handle which wasn't even on my maintenance request

I came into the office today 1/22/24. Cara helped me with completing my application. I also asked if she could send an email to my former trade school and she did. She sent it in about one minute. Thank you so very much Cara. I am looking forward to moving in.
